Well, I decided to create a message board for Shaman King Uncensored (SKU). Uh... well, if anyone happens across this place, I hope you enjoy yourselves and have a good time ^_^ .

:-) I'm the first person here aside from the great Lovely-chan!  I'm glad you opened a messageboard, Lovely... as to suggestions... well at some point you may want to alter the colours so the they tone in with the SKU website but apart from that not much. :-) Shutsumon |

Aww, it's ok Lovely-chan! *hugs* It's great to finally have SKU! Now, even if CCU falls to it's doom, we'll have SKU and D2D as a replacement. D2D has been kind of like this and was definetly like this when it started, but we have a few newbies now. Not alot, but a few, so give it time and everything will be just peachy. I sound like Hikaru-chan now. ^^;;

Actually, I'm fairly sure that once I update the site (add pictures to the older ep comparisons, write more comparisons,), and when more dub episodes are shown that this place will probably pick up a bit.
As for CCU "falling". erm. no. Because I am never leaving, mwahahahahaha XD ! Seriously though, things seem to be going pretty well over there lately ^^ .
Now... if only Tenchi would add my site to his links list .... Maybe I should try asking ? *laughs*

*looks about* Er, hello everyone. I don't exactly know anyone here...yet. But I did happen to stumble upon Shaman Kig Uncensored a few weeks ago. It's fantasic.
Anyway, I meant to introduce myself. My name's Cjiadon. I've been watching what little subbed Shaman King I can get my hands on. Unfourtunetly, I've only see up to episode thirteen. I'd read further then that in the manga though.
Anyway, hi. Nice to meet you all. ^_^

Although... to be honest, in the past I was REALLY behind in making episode comparisons, so maybe I wasn't the best example for promptness *laughs*. (In case you were wondering, the main thing I didn't agree with was the online petition thing. Those don't work for many, many reasons .) |

Ah, don't say that. One website once sent a 10,000 signed petition to Funimation and got fans dual-soundtrack DVD's. www.dbzoa.net/opinions/thesolution.htmlIt doesn't happen often but, properly done and properly supported, some petitions can manage to sway the views and interests of companies to follow their views. And don't forget when Viz manga censored DBZ, after a 10,000 signed petition they made DBZ's manga uncut. (which is why Shaman King's in now uncut) So remember, don't assume petitions can't do the trick. They usually don't, but sometimes they do. |
