Wow, I REALLY wasn't sure where this topic should go. And I'm the admin! Ah well~. Anyhoo, here is a really cool Powerpuff Girls (PPG) fan comic . It's done in an anime style with lots and lots of CN toons crossovers. The style just gets cuter and cuter as it goes along. Even if you aren't a big fan of the PPG, I suggest giving this doujin a look. |

awwww!!! Blossom looks like Asuka from Evangelion!! They're all even cuter than before!! ^-^ I like this! And it's just doujinshi?? interesting

I love the PowerPuff Girls. This fan comic is just adorable! He designed them in their anime styles really well.
And I love how he put Samurai Jack in there. XD

Oh man, I have been reading these things since they came out, the artist is Brilliant, plain and simple. For a lover of crossovers and different cartoons such as myself, this is literally a dream come true. I don't even like the Powerpuff girls much (but Mojo rocks), but, just the sheer number of characters that are pushed in there. Not like it feels crowded or anything, the artist has a good method of keeping things clean.
There is also a cool little Medabots referance, and invader Zim! ;D As well as some characters from shows which very few people either remember, or are huge fans of. Remember the little girl from Jonny Bravo? She is in it, took me a month to figure out sho she was aswell. That is half the fun, trying to guess some of the cameos XD

Wow. WOW!
Vasuki summed up what I'm thinking. This guy is an incredible artist, inker, storyboarder, writer, layout artist...dang, he did such a good job of wrapping a story around these characters...the first five (10) pages or so were a "figure out the cameo" game for me, but then I got pulled into the story.
Simply brilliant work! I haven't had a chance to go back and see what else he does, does anybody know if this person is a professional in the field and what studio he works for?

Yeah i've been following this doujin since last year and I gotta say that the artist is a genious, the character redesigns are just fantastic ;D

Yeah, I've recently discovered this dojinshi as well, and it is quite something. I mean, for not getting any compensation for it, he sure puts a lot of effort into this and being able to put it out (usually) once a week is just awesome!
BTW...anyone else looking forward to chapter 6?

Heh, I like how he puts in not only the PPGirls, but other cartoon characters as well. He even put in Invader Zim. XD Yay for GIR!

Oh I read this before! She's on da.com Actually it's a he, just so you know. But even though I'm not a big fan of PPG I'm quite the fan of Bleedman's doujinshi. I look forwards to every Sunday when he submits a new page (although he does tend to skip a few for cirtain reasons) His art is quite widly admired, he even has his own fanlisting. |
