Anime's most intimidating characters

Hi!!

I've heard a lot about people's favorite characters, characters that they hate with a passion, and the whole 9 yards... so I want to propose a new question. What character (anime, manga, or video game) scares you the most... and why?

These are the characters that scare the living death out of me:

Legato from Trigun- A psychic psychopath who seems to get a kick out of death... and was so very nonchalant about being killed himself.

Sephiroth from Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts- He just had this evil aura about him when I fought against him in Kingdom Hearts (which was also my first encounter with him).

Vicious from Cowboy Bebop- He just has a creepy happiness-sucking aura about him.

Yami Bakura from Yu-Gi-Oh- He's a sadistic psychopath who doesn't seem to mind pain (eh-hem, stabbing his hand through a RPG castle thing), and is more than happy to give it to people... slowly. Need I say anything else?

Yami Malik (never Marik ) from Yu-Gi-Oh- Need I say anything?

Albedo from Xenosaga is pretty creepy as well.

Oh, and from Shaman King, Marco. It's not that I find him scary exactly. But in his X-laws uniform he is pretty imposing. I think it was the "If they were in an elevator..." thread that made me think of it.


Geez... I know that there are other characters that creep me out... Can't think of 'em right now though...

I also find Ryu from Shaman King intimidating. I really don't know why.

I agree with you, Metaknight, about Yami Bakura and Yami Malik. They both scare the crap out of me...

I'd have to go with Nosferatu Zodd from Berserk, then again, pretty much every villian in that series is itimidating in one way or another.

I'd hafta agree that Yami Marik is definitely....bizarre. Half the time, he looks like he's on crack!

Yami Bakura, while sadistic, doesn't really scare me that much. (Actually, I find him frikken' hilarious because he's so high-strung.)

I think the most intimidating character is Darcia from Wolf's Rain. Incidentally, he's my favorite character as well (Well, he tied with Kiba, anyways).

Another good one is early-manga Faust. He didn't scare me, because I'm into all that bloody-gory stuff, but he scared the crap out of all my friends. Ra, I love Faust...

I find Marco intimidating. And a child abuser. And a bastard in general? Well, yes, mostly intimidating. I'd be afraid to breathe wrong around him without getting beat senseless.

Other than that...well.....hmm. I guess that I'd have to say Hirako from the BLEACH manga. Not that he strikes terror into the hearts of the masses, but he's definitely...sinister. Scared shitless of him, myself. Could be the teeth.

The most intimidating characters in SephiCloud's eyes:

(FF7-Kingdom Hearts) Sephiroth: I agree with Mataknight on that. He is super creepy. However... thats why I like him! He's just so awesome. Intimidating, but awesome!
(Naruto) Gaara: He's just... creepy. Spoiler: * And creepier when he's the giant fish, that freaks me out *
(Yu-Gi-Oh) Malik (only in his super evil form): I mean... he is very intimidating, especially when he does the stretchy ethereal face thing. That is just.... wrong
(Shaman King) Faust: He is the creepiest on the list so far. Once again, another of my favorite characters (I like really creepy dudes) but he just seems.... scary sometimes. Not currently in the series, but earlier. I mean, he's no just creepy like the other guys, he's full out insane! Scary thing is.... he knows it, too.... o.o

Tao En is pretty intimidating... but only 'cause he's so darn huge... Anybody who can crush a full grown panda's head in one hand is pretty scary.

Marco is creepy as well. And the Spirit of Fire... And Faust.

Ren could be, at times... if he wasn't so cute and such a softie underneath. ^.^

I agree with Yami Bakura and Yami Malik from Yu-gi-oh.
They can be really intimidating when they want to.

The character that i think is the most intimidating is Yami Yuugi from Season 1 Yu-gi-oh, though.
Honestly he's a good guy, but he acts as insane and psychotic as the other Yamis.
A guy who can act as evil as he likes, without actually being evil. How cool is that? ^-^

Icchan (Angelic Layer) - He scares me in a different way! =D;; Like... The fact that he's a flippin' PSYCHO.

Lust (FMA) - As cool as she is, she creeps me out. >>; I'm not *deathly* afraid of her or anything, but she is pretty freaky...

Some more characters that I would like to add to our little list is...

Orochimaru from Naruto: Any time anyone can just pull the skin off of their face *faints*.

The villain from the Cowboy Bebop movie: I just thought that he was Cowboy Bebop's typical nutcase until he stabbed Spike with his fingers and then tried to twist them.

I mean, seriously. If I even saw that guy in real life I would be running for the hills. And, I don't even know if there are many hills around.

Not that running would do you any good, he probably has a rocket launcer, or, he can turn into a horse or something.

I saw him in the Shonen Jump I got last month... so yes I agree with you. Anyone who can make a dancing pig come out of their hair and then kill you with their nosehair (something that I find kind of nasty) deserves to be feared.

(I liked the part where he was having a conference in his head though)

Bobobo, as in the Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo? (Had to look online to find out how many damned bo's were in his name...) Come on, people! If you find a guy with a dancing pig in his afro while he shoots nose-hair at the request of a miniature Congress in his mind scary, then you'll never find any "normal" people. *pig pops out of hair and dances while I get shot*

But I seriously wouldn't want to meet Yami Yugi. I mean, I don't want to get blown up by vodka or anything...or chemicals... 0o;; (Happened in volume 1)
