Yeah, I haven't really been here this week because of my final exams. But now those are out of the way, I think I did really well, and I've finished my first year at college. No classes till the fall, YAY!! ( ^ _ ^ )
Right, anyways, back on topic. Samurai Champloo premeried the other night on Adult Swim. And I must say, That show is FRIKIN' AWESOME!!!

Whew...but either way, that was a great show. Personally, I'm not a fan of hip-hop music at all, but thought the way that the show blended both elements together is just done so well. It had a great sense of humor, and I think Mugen has already become a favorite character of mine ( ^ _ ^ )
Any other opinions?

When I heard they people who did Bebop did this show, I was pumped, I had hopes for it, then I saw it, it sucked.
Are you kidding me?!!! That show was awesome and it puts shows like Kenshin to shame. Glad Steve Blum does Mugen.

I watched it. I might watch it next week, but if it doesn't prove to me to be more than a waste of my time, I'll go watch less edited things on AZN, wasting the 25 minutes between the end of the news and the start of PopJapan.tv.

It's pretty good, but I've seen better. I'm going to watch it until something bad happens like I do with all anime shows.

So far, I've been digging it.  About Steve Blum, he used to go by David Lucas, but some anime magazine blew his cover on that one. Nobody is supposed to know about his non-union IDs...  The guy needs to work. |

Two episodes in, and I still see no reason to continue watching it... however, I just finished a mini-marathon of Sol Bianca, so I have to wait another month to see what AZN's gonna be playing at 11:30, so I guess I have nothing else to watch while I wait for PopJapan.tv to start.

I watched episode 3... which is the best yet (and that's not saying much).
I guess I'll watch it until Sol Bianca is over, but then I'm switching to whatever AZN gives me next.

I love that line too. I am really enjoying the show so far. But if Fuu is going to continue to be kidnapped, that's gonna bug the crap out of me.
I am a Jin fangirl, but Mugen is awesome. I love how he just can't really be bothered with life. I love the look on his face when he remembers he has to go back and do stuff. It reminds me of Envy (FMA).

Inu: I think you mean scatch.And a coulpe of weeks ago, while Mugen was saying some things, they scatch it out before I think he swore.
But anyway, new fav show because the animation is very great, I like the English dub voices and also Jin.I like him.^^
He's so cool.And Fuu is really funny.
