Well, do you mean "bad dub" as in "completely changed?" Because I think ADV is doing a series and is changing it, but in the process, actually made it a decent show.

If there are jokes that an American simply won't get... change them. Super Milk-chan's dub sucks because ADV didn't do that. |

The one that aired on TV was the "literal" version, and then thier is a "fosters" version where... apparently a lot was changed, but people say it's pretty funny 0_o . (I have no interest in Milk-chan anyways, sooo....) |

The original version of the show was apparently bland, uninteresting, and like every other ghost hunting show out there. ADV made it funny and more interesting. |

They were more specific about it on the broadcast.
The Germans were like "Oh, the German dub isn't finished, so we'll show a bit from the English dub".

But if Pretty Cure has been licensed, why hasn't Animesuki.com taken down the fansubs for download yet? Because it hasn't been announced yet. Remember when FUNi "said" they had One Piece? They actually had an episode or two dubbed, but they didn't get the license in the end and it went to 4Kids. They can't announce things like these until they're absolutely final. |

Maybe it's because ANN said it was from the German dub. I dunno, but they usually don't take down dubs if they're done by another country...?
And on another note, it seems the licensers are trying to make people hate and love anime with one swoop. They seem to be releasing some really weird titles recently...of course, coming from the girl who wants to see a license for Damekko Doubutsu, this probably doesn't mean a lot.

How exactly is Pretty Cure weird? Compared to other magical girl anime series, Pretty Cure is actually pretty generic.
