As a side note, I'm KIND OF thinking about removing pics from pictures now, but I think a lot of you wouldn't be happy if I did that, soooo.... Remove pics from pictures? Umm...could you possibly clarify this sentence for it makes no sense.  I like the new board look so far... |

Woops, I meant, "remove pictures from sigs" ^^;. I have an option where I can disallow images from signatures ^^;.
(My current problem is that I'm trying to fix the text color on that google toolbar down there. I don't think I can though :/ .)

I actually am really happy that more boards are starting to use karma (in this fashion)
The first time I saw karma in use, it was actually called 'kudos,' and was on the Crescent system developed for Grep* Sailormoon. The explaination that Scot and Jen used for 'kudos' was that it was sorta a "way to go" or a "thanks for your help." For example, if you asked a question, and someone answered it for you, you'd give that person a 'kudos.' Or, if someone posted something that you thought was really cool, you'd give them a 'kudos,' too. You could get 'kudos' taken away by breaking the rules, but people couldn't take them away from you.
To get to the higher ranks, you had to have been a member for a certain length of time, and have enough kudos. Meaning, even if you'd been around for a long time, you had to be a productive member of the community to gain your rank. I take pride in the fact that I was one of the maybe 20 (max) 'Super Moonatics' on the site.

(My current problem is that I'm trying to fix the text color on that google toolbar down there. I don't think I can though :/ .) That is a strange one...have to highlight to read it. Looks like it would be an easy access for searching the board. I think they need a better google logo though, that one looks pretty horrible on a black background. They must have assumed everyone would have white backgrounds when they designed that for that bottom... |

This may be a dumb question, but what's a "Karma" on the board? Ahhh. I've been missing these forums for days! You don't know how much you miss something until it's gone even for a little while! But when I came online this morning to find that the forums were back, I was blinded by all the pinkness. I was like, "Were the forums really this pink?" o.O Now my eyes have to re-adjust to the pinkness again. ^^;;  " when I saw upgrading V4 and then I come today trying to remember if this board was pink before. |

Why does the "Welcome to the Shaman King Uncensored message board!" thing now appear twice on each page? I think that's an error. Sometimes it appears twice for me and other times it only appears once. |

Uhh...actually, afer I looked at a few threads, I found that just the quotes that were posted before the upgrade do not have the name of the quoted anymore. Is there a way to fix it, or are they just gone now? |

Ah, o.k, I see what your saying. Yeah, some of the stuff that was on the page before (such as images.) Had slight changes done to the coding by mistake during the upgrade. Well, that's my theory anyways. There's no way to fix it really . (unless each individual fixes things up in a particualar post themselves. But in most cases, it's not really worth it.)

This may be slightly off-topic, but why did it say there were too many connections when I was on the board yesterday at one point when there was like only one other person on the forums at the time? That only happened when there were so many people on the forums on the old version o.O
