I was planning on waiting until Friday (well, Thursday night for me) to post this, but I thought: What the heck, let's start the party early!! I have birthday cake and party hats for everyone.   I'll post my early birthday present tomorrow, and the full thing on Friday (aka Thursday night). |

The perfect present for this occasion would be if foxbox started showing re-runs so I could take a break  *laughs*. Besides, that, woooooo~ It's been an interesting year. I learned a lot about keeping up a site and a message board ^__^ . |

That's great Dessa. Your Lyserg and Manta are probably my favorites. Especially the detail you put into Lyserg's cloak.
Anna looks happy. That's the only thing out of place. ;D

That's a really good picture! But what does it say on the cake? I can make out 'birthday' (since they have the same characters in Cantonese), does it say Happy Birthday? Then again, it is longer than that.
Anyway, we'll be having a Christmas Pary tomorrow! ;D In my school that is. And Happy Birthday SKU!

resurie-san- The cake is green 'cuz I like green frosting. Also bear in mind that I've been watching the last 10 episodes lately, so I'm on a Lyserg kick. Lovely-sama- I'm glad you like it. I seem to remember that you've said Manta is your favorite character (or at least one of them), so I put him in the center. Gomen, Ashil-san! I was gonna put others on there, but I was running out of space... my sketch book pages aren't THAT big... so I had to stick with the main characters. I was thinking of adding Chocolove, except for 2 things: 1, I don't really like him that much, and 2, I can't draw afros. Rubedo-sama- I'm really happy with how Lyserg turned out (usually I have this strange problem of not being able to credibly draw my favorite characters), and I was surprised at how well Manta turned out. I thought I did a pretty good job on Horohoro, too. As for Anna being happy... it does happen, on occasion... I can't think of any specific time in the anime right now, but then again, I haven't been watching any episodes with a reason for it. CrystalStar- According to Jeffrey's Japanese <-> English Dictionary Server, the kanji reads "otanjoubiomedetougozaimasu" and translates to "Happy Birthday" (I use Jeffrey's for all my translation purposes... it's really good).  The color version! Eventually I'll color it on the computer, so that it's better, but for now, here's the color version! |
