I was HOPING for a remix of Hakuna Matata or I Just Can't Wait to be King, but it's not a song from the moive. Fits, though...
Although... Timon leading Pumbaa and Sora-tachi, saying "Hakuna!" and they yell back "Matata!" is really cute!!

It can be either. The way it works is that each world has two parts. The way you "unlock" Pride Lands is by finishing Atlantica and Port Royal (I don't remember if it's one or both). However, finishing these also unlocks the next story section.
There are two parts to the story section. The second gives you access to the first part of Space Paranoids (that's Tron, btw). If you finish the second part, you lose access to all but the first few worlds. Meaning, you can't go to Pride Lands until the very end of the game (right before the last world).
To get the most out of the story, I did all the Disney worlds first (meaning, Pride Lands before Space Paranoids). Then you do the story part, and go to the Disney worlds the second time through. This'll make the second part of Space Paranoids the last thing you do before the endgame.
