Does anyone remember what those pictures are called that are shown inbetween commercials in anime shows. For the life of me I can't remember @_@ . I want to include pictures of them in my epi comparisons (because they were cut) but I can't mention them if I can't remember the name ^_^;;;.

Do you mean the eyecatches?
To the best of my knowledge eyecatches are always cut in dubs.

EYECATCHES! yes, that's it! hee hee, I don't know why It slipped my mind ^^;.
And yeah, they are ussually cut in "for t.v" dubs. (I think Cowboy Bebop and Trigun retained them though.)

I believe the eyecatches were left in-tact in the uncut dub of Yu Yu Hakusho when it was aired on Adult Swim. I can't remember if they were left in or not in the edited dub on Toonami.

Yu-Yu Hakusho has the BEST eyecatch EVER. I love it!!!! and no, they don't show it on Toonami arrr. Lovely, can you please put the Mankin eyecatches in one of your episode comparisons? I saw the second season's eyecatches while I was in Brasil, are they the same as the first season's? They're so cute ^^

(wow this thread is old...) Well, I'm pretty certain that the eyecatches stay the same for the whole series. But yeah, they are cute ^_^ . Since these pictures don't really fit into any of the comparisons I decided to post them here. Also, to those of you who are now saying "That's never stopped Lovely before..." , erm... shut up  ^_~. I like the second one too. ^^ I like Yoh's hair.
What I don't like, though, is the fact that they only show Anna's bottom half. xD

Hmm, they kept the Inuyasha commercial intros/outros did they not? Ah, I can't remember. I don't have CN, I seen it on CN once. I can't imagine why they wouldn't, CN has a great deal more respect for anime than FoxBox does. Here's hoping that they will keep the japanese theme song.
