Gomen, SOM, but I did mean to post that you didn't get fire.
Anyway, if people leave, or decline to post (like Lovely, and Resurie), we'll just RP them... they'll probably get voted out fairly quicky, though.
And Hana, I did get your PI, thanks.
Oh, and FYI, there won't be any posting from me between Thursday and Sunday (well, maybe Sunday night, depending on how dead I am), 'cuz I'll be at Sakura-Con.

Day 2- Challenge Site
The two tribes come in with their flags and stand on color-coded mats.
"So, how's everyone doing?" Dessa gets glares.
"Okay... on with the challenge! Do you want to know what you're playing for?" Silence. "Well, you're playing for two things! The first is immunity. Your tribe wins immunity, that means that you'll be safe for the next three days ((OOC: that means three days game time, which probably amounts to about a week)). If not, your tribe will be going to Tribal Council tonight, and someone will be going home. Also, the winners will gain the ability to make fire. This means, for the Fangirls, you will get flint and steel!" The Fangirls perked up at this prospect. "And, for the Bishies, you'll get... Spirit of Fire!" All the boys (except Ashil, of course), cheered.
"Why do they get Spirit of Fire and we only get flint and steel?" RL asked.
"Because I'm scared of SoF and it'll only listen to Hao, so it wouldn't do me any good to give it to you." Everyone facefaulted.
"Anyway, here's the challenge." The groups look at the set up, which basically looks like this (on each side):
O - Floating pot with fire in it (oil based, so it won't go out). It's chained to an anchor
X---X - Fence with two buoys chained under water
____
|__| - Platform
____ - Shoreline
X
| - Rope

First, five people from each tribe will swim out to those little floaties out there. Of those five, one will swim out to the burning pot floating on the water, and then dive down and unhook the chain anchoring it there. Then, two of the others will unhock the chains holding the little fence and drag it away. The one who unhooked the fire will swim it to the platform, and two remaining on the platform will swim it back to the shore. At the shore, two more people will lift it and bring it to where the rope is, and they and the final person will use it to make a fire big enough to burn through the rope. The first tribe to burn through their rope (which will lift your flag up) wins! Alright, pick who will do each part, and wait for my go."

TIME FRAME- Immediately after this post. You guys are simply picking who will do what. I will then post the results of the challenge tomorrow night.
Timeline of the next week (real time)
Monday- I post Challenge Results
Tuesday- I initiate Tribal Council (and everyone PMs me the votes)
Wednesday- I post the results of Tribal Council, and everyone posts what happens the next couple of days.
Sunday (next week)- The next Tree Mail goes out.

"Ok, I suck at swimming, as far as speed is concerned," SamLynn admitted freely, "So, we only have one swimmer so far. Surely there's someone else here who can swim, right?" she asked, glancing around at the group.

MWAHAHAHAHA!! Since not everyone posted, I get to place everyone into roles (except those that did post).
Bishies- SoM unhooks the burning pot, Jr. and Hana take down the fence. The two to pull the thing in will be Lyserg and chaos. Hao and vanman will bring it to the rope, and they and Zinc-kun will light the fire.
Fangirls- Mystic will unhook the burning pot, and Neilran and BHHF will take down the fence. Resurie and Ashil will pull the thing in. SamLynn and Lovely will bring it to the rope, and they and RyuLover will light the fire.

"You have everyone ready? Then GO!" The 10 going in took off for the water, while the 6 remaining on the beach looked for kindling to enhance their fires.
The Bishies were off to an early start, with the boys swimming hard to reach their platform. The Fangirls made it there quickly as well, but Mystic got stuck a little, not being able to figure out how to get around the fence.
By the time Mystic reached the fence, SoM had just come back up from releasing the pot, and Jr. and Hana had started on the fence.
The Bishie's fence came down just as Mystic surfaced, having released their own pot, but they were behind. However, Lyserg and chaos weren't quite as fast bringing the pot to shore, so by the time Neilran and BHHF got THEIR fence down, and resurie and Ashil had also gotten started toward the shore, the Bishies were just reaching the shore.
Hao made a comment as he and chaos grabbed the pot at the shore that implied that Lyserg was what slowed them down, costing them some of their lead, but Vanman pulled him away before Lyserg could try to attack Hao (which would REALLY cost them their lead). As the two made it to Zinc-kun and the gathered kindling, SamLynn and Lovely had just taken the pot and were on their way to where RyuLover was waiting.
"We need to hurry," Vanman told the other two. They were piling the brush into their pot.
"If we need the fire to go up, let's build up," SamLynn suggested.
"I got it!" RyuLover exclaimed. She stuck the longest sticks in the center, pointing upwards, and used the brush to support them.
The boys noticed what the girls had done, but it was too late. The girls' strategy had worked, and their rope broke first, raising their flag.
"The winners of Immunity and Fire, the Fangirls! Bishies, I'm sorry, but I'll be seeing you at Tribal Council tonight. Head on back to camp."

TIME REFERENCE- Until I post next, the time reference is Evening of Day 2.
SUGGESTED ACTIVITIES- For Fangirls, now that you have flint and steel, you should get to making a fire. Bishies, you're going to Tribal Council tonight, so I'd make some alliances and have some PIs (remember, private alliance making needs to be sent to me, too, so I can add it to the ending story).

Day 2 Evening-Bishies
Som stared at Hana.
"Want to make an alliance?" he asked.
"Huh? Oh, sure, I guess." Hana wondered why Som was choosing him, and not anyone else. Wait, could he know that-Nah! He was too inocent to guess at his evil!
"Also, I'm very, VERY sorry for not doing my part fast enough everyone. I know it's my fault. Sorry!" cried Som.
