Well, originally, the epilogue's beginning was the end of "Sincerely Yours", but then I decided the link could be the sentence "Shinji had made up his mind", then make a joke about it.
Anyways, your question about Ibuki. Basically, she is in love with Ritsuko, i.e. she's a lesbian.

I was afraid of that...NOOOOO! Dang good job though with this fan-fic...I REALLY like how you had Kenshi and Asuka together in the end, it's so well done. So...props to you, Kenni.

Also, I don't know if you're that well read-up in the bible, and stuff, but I put in a lot of references, like the stigmata on Kenshi's hand, in the epilogue.
