uHm Lovely when I click the link it says something about a URL (it isnt in English and my browser doesnt pick up forgen characters....I think its either poor software or it's racist =o) anyway you might want to check that out...

I think its either poor software or it's racist =o) anyway you might want to check that out... PaintChat right? Yeah, I see that. URL must not exist anymore or something. You should be able to view the encoding, I think you have to go to View -> Encoding in Internet Explorer and make sure you have "Auto Select" turned on. |

( I tried the encoding thing I dont think it worked at all but it was worth a try)
