And I would have to agree that Johnny Depp looks somewhat like Shanks.
Hell, Shanks is very Jack Sparrow-like himself.

I was going to vote for Ninjas because I like Naruto better but then I scrolled down and saw Johnny Shanks and was like "I'm sold!"

That one was tough... Aside from the obvious anime references; ninja and pirates are just cool on there own. Pirates are awesome; and I'm supposedly related to Bartholomew Roberts through my grandma; but ninja are just... awesome. Plus they're Japanese! XP

Wow... if only a ninja would pop out of nowhere in one of my classes and knock out one of my teachers *fat chance of that happening*. Although I think that a real ninja would have threw a shuriken into the teachers head or something.
Anyway, still being a pirate ninja covers both grounds (being Inuyasha would be cool too I admit)! C'mon guys, we have Captain Sparrow!

If there were a both column, and I saw these pages before I voted "Pirates" I would've voted both... EDIT: Okay, I just made a crude Robin Williams as "Buggy the Clown". He was chosen as the one who looks most like Buggy. And since I made a Johnny Shanks, I thought I might make a Robin the Buggy...  |
