Okay, here it goes...I crossed the line with a friend of mine, because I hadn't realized where the line was. Now, she doesn't trust me, and I want your guys' help to at least TRY and get her to trust me again. So, based on what you know about me (how religous I am, how innocent I act, ect...), do you think I had alterier motives, or was I just sincerely trying to be a nice, caring guy, in what I asked?
PS: I won't say what I asked, because Locely, res, Gus, or Vas might make a joke about it (-_- *Glares at them*), but I'm really, really, REALLY serious about this. I want her to be able to trust me. She's one of the few friends I have at this school, and I need as many as I can get.

First of all, I want to apologize in advance for how harsh I may sound.
Second, it is "ulterior", not "alterier."
Third, despite how sincere you may be in trying to make up with this girl, this is just like the homecoming thread: WE DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON. We do not know what this person is like, or if it is a good idea to be back with her, whether as a friend or girlfriend.
Fourth, this is the internet. Unless someone here has met you personally, we cannot tell if you had a hidden goal that this girl thinks you had (which, due to my fairly perverted mind, I am assuming it was of a sexual nature). I would think it is easy to lie about yourself on a message board.
If you are serious, though, then I would suggest talking to the girl, explaining that you did not have another thing in mind, and asking if it is possible to be friends again. That's just my opinion, though, so anyone is feel to knock my thoughts away with better advice if they want or just ignore it completely.

AF, as I said in my post, I was sorry if I sounded rude, but the point I was making was that I (and maybe others) did not personally know the details of your situation, so how could others know about this thing. I know that you do talk to others like Inu and s91 and resurie on AIM, but other members on the board may not. Therefore, the uninformed or strangers could think that maybe you may be lying or hiding certain details. For instance, with that quote about you being innocent, it is what people have read, but not physically seen. Like I have written in some of my posts that I am a semi-intelligent 17 year old teenager in his senior year, but that is just what I say. Unless someone here has physically met me, what is to stop a SKU member or stranger from thinking that I am lying about myself and in reality, am a 40 year old pedophilic rapist out to scout a message board for young girls to find and kidnap and do whatever? Plus, this is a message board where members are free to post, so I did just that. Once again, I am sorry for the rudeness of my posts, but it is my opinion. By the way, as I said before, the correct spelling is "ulterior", so maybe you should change it. |

Everyone in the world has ulterior motives for everything they say or do, so I think my vote in this was obvious. (Yeah, your sis is a pessimist.)
Anyways, Woo yeah, I made it first on the "make fun" list XD !
*cough* That said, the question and poll has no information. Nothing on what AF said, nothing on the girl. The only info we have to go by is AF's past behavior and... Sorry AF, but that's not really enough for us all to KNOW you. (And some of your past behavior here on the board doesn't actually make you look all that good ^^; . )

Okay, fine, here's what happened:
Lately she's been very cold (litterally, she can't keep warm; she was wearing 3 or 4 sweaters), so I offered to keep her warm, on Monday, when we next see eachother (we use the same bus stop). And so she now thinks I only want into her pants.

First of all, I'm not voting for reasons kinda stated above. Second of all, it does kinda of sound like you have ulterior motives. I guess it's not that bad considering your age, but still.... I can really understand the girl's reasoning in this situation.

First off all, had you said that to me I would have kicked you in the nuts so damn hard that a doctor would have to go in and retrieve them.
Do I think you had ulterior motives? I don't know you personally, but that really sounds bad.
Lastly, I am not sure of many things in life, but here are the things that I have complete faith in: death, taxes, and the fact that an online poll on a message board WILL NOT convince this girl that your motives are pure.
