How is Ashil a shaman? His spirit isn't really a ghost, more like a big thing of armor. Same thing goes for Hanna. Do they take a spirit and infuse into the army or what?

As long as you have spiritual power and can control it you are a Shaman.
Ashil oversouls the ground. So, his spirit is kind of an earth golem.

It depends on how the character looks with that kind of eye...
lol i thought ti was funnie after anna slapped hao and hao got that kind of eye... that was my favorite that kind of eye event

It's just so dramatic, what with not only the eye getting dialated, but loosing all color as well. It's just cool. That's why I made the following avatar  It's just nifty ^o^ . Both One Piece and Detective Conan have a similar eye effect. (not exact, but similar) |

They did that effect to Yoh's eyes during his blessing/final test when they reached Patch village. It was so sad because Yoh was so scared when he saw all his friends broken weapons!!

Yeah, I noticed that, and I like the way the eyes work like that too. It shows how weak (physically/emotionally), scared, etc. the character is. They also use it if a charrie might be dying. (e.g. Raditsu).

thats got to be one of my fave expressions, when their eyes do that.
anyways, since this a thread about your's truly, does anyone have any ashil screencap requests? i will probaly 100% have it in my colellection.
