For future reference, Strawberryinupie-san and KuroiInu-chan, would you two understand that if I say Inu-chan its reffering to KuroiInu? I'll probably just call Strawberryinupie Strawberry-san, or something like that. Nothing personal, that's just what I'm used to calling KuroiInu-chan. If you don't want to, just tell me. it doesn't... really matter... all that much... I understand. I don't care what you call me, even just Inu is fine. Uhh...>>; *cough* SOMEONE has been ignoring me so i havent talked about Faust in a while. |

usagi-chan: you mean my....*drum roll* banner? ^.^ *hugs banner* they can also be called signtures...*fell sorta un-faust fan girl without fanlisting URL* LOL i was angrey... its supposed to say "to all those who ignore me....i hate you" again on-line translator so not 100% accurate... i found it! thats all that matters and now i share... my banner was made with my (poor) computer skillz... (*cough*)
errr...normally i cant shut up about Faust .... why is it when you need to think of something the most you cant?

Ok, so I got this Mankin game for GBA yesterday and I've been going at it a bit... So when I got to fight Faust in the graveyard, there was all this exposition about his ancestor, the first Faust. Stuff about how he obtained mastery of "everything from alchemy to sorcery." So, um, how reliable is this source with regard to canon? (And even though this is extremely o/t, I have to know: Being that there are references to a Fuhrer in FMA, does that mean it's set in some sort of Alternate-Universe turn-of-the-last-century Germany? The sequel to "Faust's Little Problem" is shaping up to be somewhat of a crossover)
Um, yeah, beginning to look for components for Faust cosplay. Eliza got a photo request when I brought her along the last day of Metrocon, but I ended up fielding questions about there being someone dressed as Faust while the pic was being taken. So it falls to me for my next con. LOL

well i have two points (maybe three)
[1] there was a real Dr.Faust so his legand is free for people to explote as they wish (LOL anyone else see that episode of Justice lauge unlimited Faust took over hades for it's library SO what the first faust would do)
[2]on the subject of Faust's ancestor i will quote "born in 1470 faust was a brilliant scientist who matered alchemy and witch craft" (during the time he was around basic science was considered witch craft, one of the things they dont tell you)
basically they re-worded what they said in the manga and the written legaund so as far as i know it is the cannon
(which can be found by yahoo search 'Dr.Faust' and look for 'Faust legaunds' but if you dont want to i'll give you the sort version....
faust was raised christian and yet he had a thirst for ALL knowlage that caught both gods and satans attention ((in a version they discided to bet on which side they could make him turn to...what is this star wars?)) anyway satan couldn't go him self ((apparently he was too revalting...in looks O.o)) so he sent the evil angel/demon mephistopheles ((basically the middle man after i found this out i was rather suprised Mr.Takei gave Eliza the name Mephistopheles E maybe as a comparision to Faust I's wrecker of souls....Eliza was the reasn our Faust took up the dark arts))
threw him Faust and satan worked up a agreement Satan was to bestow apon Faust all the knowlage and worldly sins that he wanted ((you know, lust, glutteny and so on Satan was to give Faust any varaition of them)) but on the eve of his (faust's) 24 birthday he was to die and serve in satan's realm for all eternaty oh! he also had to denous christianity ((regect jesus)) ((dont start with the religious talking now! its just the way the story goes))
durning Faust's life he gaid his knowlage and eventully became a teacher...also had world win affairs including Helen of troy (("is this the face that launched a thousand ships?")) nearing his end Faust saw the great falw and discided to give his riches away and on the night of his pre-discided death there was a commotion heard by his students but none daired to enter his study the next day they did look and found the equivilan of Faust eating TNT and going BOOM (('but arrogance blinded him and he was torn apart by the very devil he conjured as his ally")) in a certain version Faust fell in love with a girl named Gretchen tragiaclly after there wild affair she and her baby ((faust's kid O.o))ended up in the jail and she refused his help and discided to die ((i forget if she was hangd or something)) i think this was slighlty personified by Eliza and our Faust's tragic story ((history has come to life!))the first faust was a man ahead of his time and was a man of knowlage and riches also common sence often eluded him ((we have something in common -.-)) and was said to have a faimilur that was a black dog that was always with him ((Mr.Takei made this dog frankensteiny...Mr.Takei is a subtle message master)) i would love to write a report on the compariesions sometime only if i knew someone would read it... XD wow i cant belive i remebered all that *shrug*sorry about the length but i figured faust fans would appritiate it...)

Question: So if the first Faust is having an affair with Helen of Troy in the 15th century AD/CE... I'm assuming major dark arts are involved since she's from Ancient Greece.

Wow, I never heard the whole legend of Faust (only nits and pieces, I have heard of) Now, HERE'S a question, is there gonna be a Faust VIIII? Is it even possible if he remians loyale? I have pondered this question for a while. ..... And the whole Faust naked thing scares me. I mean, he's cool, but I don't wanna see that. Probably because I'm a guy, and sane. ..... Pregnancy's a harder thing to keep up, as I wrote over at ff.net. I don't think any shaman can keep it up for 9 months straight. It's creepy because she's his wife, she's dead and she evolves like some Digimon for battles.
Still, if Yoh's promise to Horohoro is any indication... Eliza will probably be brought back to life at the end of all things.

I mean, if they NEED a baby and cant get Eliza pregnant, then they could always adopt..and those of youwho don't think Faust would make an acceptable parent, well if they were staying at Yoh's place, they'd have help to raise the baby with Yoh and Anna and co.  |

Well, I doubt that Manta would let Faust adopt him. Even if he got over that whole thing, he is still a little truamatised (sp?) about the whole ordeal. Now normally I don't stick up for Manta, but if ANYONE was in Manta's situation, they would be SUPER SCARED OF HIM! Manta can kind of forgive people a lot better than others. *GASP!* I'm actually complemanting Manta! Wow, haven't done that in a while. Maybe because even if I do like Faust better than him, I can understand. Well, back on the subject. Yeah, I doubt it would happen, sorry.  |

i didnt expect it to really happen i just think the idea's nice... (LOL if anyone was in his situation...he needs closer if i got that i wouldn't hold a grudge then again i'm weird...)
oh i had something really important to say about this but i forgot (NOO) maybe no...GAH! *falls over* anyway anyone know good fan sites (for faust?) i've seen for the love of faust and Necrobxesion but i was wondering if anyone has seen any others (wait is this aloud? GRR i never understood that rule >.<)
