(I tried to find a picture of little Faust but couldn't. I think I have one under my favorites. Maybe someday...)

From what I understand, there was only one set of Mankin UFO catcher plushies made in '01 and it was on the limited side because they run expensive on ebay now... Um there was Anna and Yoh and Manta and someone else... but no Faust.  4Kids really missed out not licensing Faust to Hot Topic and McFarlane Toys... And now I'm going off on his tummy scar.... So, when Eliza died Faust had to let her stay buried until the coast was clear. And then, one night he crept out to the graveyard, shovel in hand. Once he brough her inside, he could see that her skin was rotting. He took out the morphine and tried to replace her skin with his, sewing on her rotted flesh on his. Unfortunately, it didn't work the 1st time. Or the 2nd. Or the 3rd. Faust doesn't quite remember how many times he tried it before he firmly decided it didn't work but the scars and decayed flesh remain on his body. In time, he just let her rot as he set forward on his path to bring her back. Oh man, what was the name of that movie? It's some B-movie the Onion mentionws |

The plushies released were Yoh, Manta, Anna, Ren, and Horo. ..___. I would give anything for a Ren or Horo plushie. ...o-o A Faust plushie wouldve been cool...X3

o.o Me and Papaya were talking last night and...XD I have no idea how this happened but we started talking about Faust having a rabbit. And then oversouling Eliza into the rabbit or something. And then....o__o little Faust rabbit baby things. ...I don't know either. :D
..>:3 I'm getting all of mankin off ebay. So i'll have the Faust episodes. That means, I can torture Papaya >D That's gonna pwn. Mwaaa..>_> That's what she gets for holding my tapes hostage though.

So, yeah the Faust scarring snippet probably will hit ff.net ometime after I'm done moving. I might just do a snippet series. The movie I mentioned in my last post is called "Living Doll", a cheapie British horror movie about a boy and a rotting girl he keeps in his flat: imdb.com/title/tt0100038/But this fall promises not one, but two movies pairing a dead woman with a living guy: Corpse Bride and this one about a blonde ghost doctor lady. OMG shaman king key chains at hot topic would be a dream come true (faust next to johnny deep? *legs give out* ooooh too perfect of a thought!) and maybe little action figures there too! XD ooooo *drool* Well, I've gotten the scarf already, so I hit Hot Topic a couple days ago to get more for my Faust cosplay. All they had was eyeshadow for dark circles, so I grabbed them and asked for help just to be sure. I showed this HT guy a pic of Faust on my photo iPod to see if there was anything else there I could use for my costume. No luck there, but we started chatting about cons and he turned out to be the head of anime merchandise selection for that store and interested in looking into carrying Mankin stuff for the store. Here's hoping.... |

overallfangirl: it would be awsome if all the sudden they were like "you know this faust guy looks really cool"...fastward and Faust is like there mascot of something.... anyway yah they have laking cosplay components....but my friend Mitcheal has these boots that look like Fausts! they go laone his leg exactly as faust's boats do.... they tie up in the front though but still i want to st- borrow them... i want to see that movie now....freaky enough it was made the same year i was..
