I totally went to Border's today and didn't get to buy this volume BECAUSE I'M POOR, but I looked through and I want it so much~ Jeanne makes her first appearance, and Ren and Lyserg are love, even if Lyserg does deserve a swift kick. I felt so bad when Marco threw the Iron Maiden at him... even if it was hysterical in the anime.

...And En... is nothing short of amazing in this chapter, lol.

Chocolips need more love. D:

Slap, swift kick... it's all the same. :'D AND IT WAS TOTALLY FUNNY. SHE JUST... FLEW AT HIM. IT WAS ALMOST LIKE JEANNE DID IT HERSELF. I did feel really, really bad for laughing though, if it makes you feel any better. And episode 60!Lyserg made up for everything a thousand times over.

Oh wow... just realizing that about the Chocolips. :'D

By the way, I didn't get a chance to look, but did Viz edit anything with Jeanne? I really expect to see a shirt drawn on her. :/

Unfortunately, I haven't read this volume yet I haven't read past where they stopped in Shonen Jump. But my birthday's comming up, so it's on my list ^-^

Umm.. I don't think they did. Shaman King Nation did a review of it here: shamanking-nation.com/english/shaman-king/shaman-king-vol14-review/ They list the edits, but I don't remember anything with Jeanne.. There was blood, and she was topless. 8D

Ren became Len/Lenny, and got a Brittish accent.
Chocolove became Joko/Joco/Jocko? I don't know how they spelt it.
Funny how 4KIDS kept his lips but Viz got rid of them. I know it's easier to edit them out in manga then in an anime, but...

I meant Chocolove I could never forget the Len and the British accent... It's incredibly racist of Vis to remove his lips. Because their racist minds assume that it is a racist stereotype and innapropriate...though plenty of the white people I know have humongo lips, as well as black people...and Vis just needs to leave people's lips alone...
