Pokemon was actually the first anime I watched and it got me hooked on anime so I have to thank Pokemon for getting me to like such great shows!  I still like Pokemon today. Well, I watch the anime when I'm bored but I prefer the video games now. |

from red, blue, yellow: eevee
from gold, silver, crystal: houndour
from ruby and saphier: absol
but my top fave will always remain eevee.

I'm a die hard Charizard fan. Dragons are awesome. Especially mean looking flying fire-breathing ones.
I love the new Pokemon opening theme by the way. Best yet!

As for the manga, Viz should release it uncensored. The TV show started out fun but got repetetive. We need a finale where Ash and co. kills Giovanni and Team Rocket gets liberated from their duties. Oh, and Misty puts on a pretty dress, gets kidnapped, and is nearly killed XD Oh, and Ash takes a peek at Misty in the shower. (This happens in the manga, but Viz edited a spaghetti strap onto misty to suggest she had a bikini on or something  ) |

I agree about the uncensored manga. It would be fun to see all the little stuff edited out. Pokemon is a kids anime/manga to begin with, so I can't imagine that the unedited version would have anything too objectionable.

The main thing that the manga had edited was that most of the females were INCREDIBLY well endowed in the chest department @_@ .

I have a hard time staying with this show because they hardly connect episodes.
They continue to this town and this happens, then this happens which is completely unrelated to the previous event. The episodes don't continue. They all stand on their own and you can jump into the series whenever and you don't need to know what has happened before because those characters are never heard from again.
Characters hardly ever make a return appearances and that just bugs me.

I used to like it until Ash just started being an idiot and let all his pokemon go, I mean the guy wants to be a master but how can he when he gets rid of all of them?

that was the biggest mistake he ever made! charizard is a pretty powerfull pokemon. imagine all the battels he could've won.

lol you bringing up magickarp reminded me of when james was windled into buying one, then in a recent ep, he was almost swindled again by the same man...in the same way!

I still like Pokemon today. Well, I watch the anime when I'm bored but I prefer the video games now.
