If you read all the rules then you get the password to the forum 
. (Actually, I just password locked the PatchRP forum so people would make sure to look at the rules first. Cheap trick XD ! weeee~ )
Rules:
*You can't effect the main Shaman King storyline, or change the main story lines outcome.
The main storyline continues on it's own (the t.v broadcast), so if you tried to change it, it wouldn't work anyways.
*You can have limited interaction with the mankin (Shaman King) characters.
Any more than a little bit would effect the main story line. But... that doesn't mean that you can't run into a young Chinese boy with pointy hair who glared at you angrily when you bought the last stick of gum at a Patch store ^_~ .
*You can only have one character.
However this rule is subject to change depending on the circumstances. (for example, you would need a group of three if you wanted to do a fightingRP thread. but if there is only you.... That might 'cause problems ^^; .)
*No "all powerful" characters. Otherewise... that will piss Shamash off... and we ALL know what happens when he gets upset *shudders*
Finally, this whole thing is sort of in it's "experimental" stages. More rules may be added or deleted as we go on and figure things out. Will this whole idea work or not? Who knows *shrugs* .
Another note: So far I've started some "message board" style threads in the role play forum. That doesn't mean you can't start some "true" role playing threads. Whatever you want to do, is up to you ^^.
Just make sure that for the OOC (Out of Character) planning threads, you make them out over here.
