I like it Dessa, it's cute ^^. Too bad chaos didn't smile that much in Saga2.
Do you mind a little constructive criticism?
The only problem I see is that you sort of assume everyone can read Katakana, when probably most english readers can't. It also kind of hurts the joke a bit when you have to explain it in a side note. Personally, My only suggestion is that instead of having that "niko niko" note, you could maybe make a small subtitle (or overlay) for the niko's instead ("smile, smile.")

I was gonna overlay the 'niko niko', but as it's part of the artwork, I'm leaving it alone. And the only other katakana in it is the sound effects, which don't translate anyway. As for the note on the title, I opted to explain the word-pun like they do in the Yakitate!! Japan anime subs. The actual kanji is "konton" (混沌), which means "confusion, chaos". So the title technically should read "Smiling Confusion." However, since chaos can also refer to his name, I used the obvious translation. I had to note it, though, because it IS a word-pun. chaos' name is NOT written with kanji, it's written in katakana. And here's the fixed version... somehow the last line of dialogue was cut: img415.imageshack.us/img415/4487/smilingchaosscanlationfw4.jpg
