Kuchiyosenojutsu- (summoning technique from Naruto). everytime Naruto summons GamaOiyabin it brings a tear to my eye.
Collier Shoot- (Sanji's most painful looking kick in One Piece). I wince in pain everytime he kicks someone in the neck w/ that move.
Usopp Wagumu- (Usopp shoots a rubberband at someone). It's used so sporatically in the show that when it shows up you laugh every time.
Kagemanenojutsu- (I just love Shikamaru). ;D
there are more, but those are probably my current favorites.

I never really got into Saint Seyia/Knights of the Zodiac. Still, that attack sounds pretty cool.

Got to give a tip of the hat to Metronome from Pokemon. I mean, not the actual attack, but the first apperance of it when clefairy did it. It was like nuke, I laughed so much when I first saw it Also, back when Brock had Pinco, I loved when it would self destruct to show it's love... then again, I loved when Charizard would blast Ash, and, I loved when Victrebell would eat James... and how Cacnea hugs James now.... In real life (if pokemon were real of course) They would have so many injuries..... Also, ever notice how Pikachu's thundershock always seems to be the ultimate attack? Bah.... I strongly dislike that rat.... anyways... (breaks from Pokemon discussion) I love the summoning jutsu from Naruto, mainly the frog one, I find it hillarious all the different frog forms Naruto and Jaraiya (sp?) come up with throughout. The little tough one with the vest is rockin! Also, in the Street FIghter movie I saw, that "Haduken" thing like completely destoryed an entire building. Knowing in the game all it does is basically push you back, I found this pretty hillarious.

Lets see... Inuyasha's Diamond attack was pretty cool (I don't remember what it's called and I'm too lazy to look through the DVDs). It was really funny when he tried to show Souta what the attack looked like but couldn't manage to get it to work again. Instead, he ended up almost demolishing a plane ;D. I also like the way Envy can transform into anything (I know, it isn't really an attack but I still like it) even dogs and dragons(in the last episode he turned into a green dragon or something). There is also Rath's (Dragon Knights) "Burn Everything in Sight" techinic . That's about all I can think of right now, though.
