Even though I'm dead set on who I'm voting for ninja leader, I'll bring another one in the midsts:
I nominate Hatake Kakashi as our ninja leader!
Even though Kakashi doesn't really seem like the leader type, he does seem like the team type of guy. "Ninja who don't follow orders are scum, but those who abandon their teammates are lower than that," he just seems like he'd be that honorable leader type.
The only problem is that the "Mega-Perv" might be able to bribe him with new issues of "Make-Out Paradise."

Kakashi couldn't even handle three Genin properly (He raised one on a pedestal before completely failing to keep that idiot under control, while basically ignoring his other two students), what makes you think he could handle an entire village?

Like I said, I'm only trying to bring in some more nominations... and in a toss up in my little brain of picking either him or Sakura, Kakashi won. But look at the Third Hokage, he basically did the same thing from what I heard.
