Nope, it's a video. Part live-action (me at a "news desk") and part re-dubbed anime (all of which HAS been on US TV). Of course, my audio from my live-action wasn't loud enough, so I had to re-dub that, too... and it got out of sync when I rendered it... heheheheh.
