There is a Saint Seiya character called Saori Kido, but in the English anime and manga, she is known as "Princess Sienna".

Therefore, to get a little girl to dress up as an anime character, tell her that she should dress up like "Princess Sienna", and the Princess part is sure to make her want to dress up like her. XD
