Free web hosts like Angelfire, or in this case, your ISP Earthlink dont want one particular individual to amass too much bandwidth - Geocities automatically disables sites for a period when they use up too much bandwidth.
The only solution that ends the "e-mails", is if your site is getting more popular, is to buy a domain and move your site onto it.
