Empty Inbox (Bookmarks/Notification issues)

I'm not getting any E-mails from CrapBoards (not so much now with version 4, but still somewhat) ProBoards when new posts are made in topics I'm watching, does anyone know anything about that?

Notifications are now called Bookmarks. They are defaulted to "no notifications". To change this: Under your profile you will see a link for Bookmarks. In the bookmarks section is a link called "Click here to manage your bookmark preferences". When you go to preferences there is a drop down menu that is defaulted to "no notification", you can change it to e-mail or private message notifications.

I know, and I looked at that, but it still hasn't sent me any E-mails telling me about new posts.

I believe all notifications you had set up prior to version 4 are lost. You will need to bookmark them all over again. So that could be the problem as well.

Okay, here's how it works (through extensive testing):

Any threads you had previously marked for notification are gone.

For any new threads you make on v4, you will flag them as Bookmarks

The tricky part...
Go to your profile page, then to Bookmarks. There will be a link on the right side of the table that says, "Manage Bookmarks". Click it!

By default bookmarks get no notifications...at the bottom of the page you'll need to change the default to "Email".

And you're not done yet...
Any bookmarks you made before changing the default you will have to go through each and every one of them and change their individual setting to "Email". This messed me up pretty bad this weekend as I thought all my bookmarks would snap up to the default setting, but only the new ones I create now do...
