Oooh, hey, could everyone share the online anime stores they've shopped at? I'm an anime junkie heehee I love anime stuff and it's nice to know some good, reliable (COUGH! inexpensive) stores online. So here are the ones I like: animecastle.com/ (lookat the yuyu hakusho poster i got here www.animecastle.com/ACAT-4118.html warning: you will either jump up and down saying "OMG SO CUUUTE!!" or reel back in horror at Hiei looking happy) and they have a Full Metal Alchemist wallscroll too...;-; i want. animetoxic.com/ They mostly have DVDs and CDs here, and the stuff is waaay cheaper than elsewhere. I got my yugioh Battle City box set from here.

Hmmm.. I don't order online as much as I used to. This is do to two reasons, 1.) My local WaldenBooks has a FANTASTIC manga section. And if they don't have a book, they will happily order it for me. 2.) Because of Waldens and other things... I'm ussually broke ^^; . That said, I do have some favorite stores online, none-the-less. For anime DVD's I normally buy them at CD Universe They have great prices, and REALLY good discounts if you pre-order. This is the store where I've been pre-ordering my .hack//SIGN dvds. For random anime mechandise I like animecastle too. Planet Anime is a nice place to shop as well. Every once in a while, Plante Anime will have INCREDIBLE sales, so it's good to check the site every once in a while. Oh, Disclaimer time. Most of the Music CD's at Animecastle and Planet Anime are technically bootlegs (Released by bootleg companies "SonMay" and "EverAnime"). I'm not judging, just giving a public service announcement (because for some people, it's a really big issue.)

I just recently ordered the Sailor Moon Season One box set from RightStuf. www.rightstuf.comIt cost 53.99 total. Stores around here are selling it for a hundred. My one complaint is they didn't list the item as backordered and the email updates were far and few (I received the automated purchase, then five days later a "sorry on backorder", then five days after that a "shipment sent") They gave us a full color catalog of everything they have and a...erm, hentai catalog as well. I also buy soundtracks alot from Game Music Online www.gamemusic.com/They're on the expensive side, but they're customer support and sheer speed of processing and delivery are unmatched. I've purchased a fistload of Ranma mangas from Amazon, but I only recommend them if you're looking to buy alot in one order...that's the only way you'll get a deal on price and shipping. Actually, Amazon carries some obscure stuff as well, not necessarily anime...I picked up the Jim Henson PBS biography and other rarities at Amazon that you'd never think would be there. This might be a good place for older, harder to find animation, The Last Unicorn, Wizards...that kinda stuff. LC
