I managed to get into the World of Warcraft stress test that started Thursday at 12pdt. The game is absolutely beautiful. The graphics are awesome and the world is insanely huge. I still can't seem to figure out how to get off the darn island that the Night Elves start on. The bad part about the game right now is all the kiddies running around. There is little in the way of roleplaying since everyone is just in there to level up their character as fast as they can for the 1 week they get to play. But needless to say there are some friendly people that are more than happy to help you out if you ever get yourself into trouble. If you haven't been able to try it out yet, Blizzard is suppose to do an open beta sometime before the game is released. If you can check it out then I highly recommend it. The video card specs are a bit high, I'm using a Radeon 9200 and it works great, so I'm not top of the line, but I'm not below the line. Blizzard still has yet to give minimum specs for the game, so you might be able to use something below the 9200 on low resolution. So check it out if you can. i agree with what you said about the "kiddies".... though i use to be one of them. We now view things differently...
Intrest change and I atleast want to get into the world as much as possible.
anyway... i cant play p2p games right now because i have no $$$.
In the future i hope to return to DragonRaja.
If i did play WOW, i be either orc shaman/warrior/warlock or troll shaman.

Blizzard has announced on their site that open beta will begin soon. For those that have the system specs to try the game out, I suggest keeping an eye on this. I highly recommend it! Oh, and it's a free open beta...so no money issues unless you get addicted and want to buy it...like me.
*jumps for joy* I can't wait until this game is finally released!!!!

What are the Orc heroes, I hope there are blademasters! Hmm...actually there's no Blademasters yet, and the hero is you. Once you get around lvl.35 you can start participating in the PvP areas that are Horde vs. Alliance...it's kinda like living a Warcraft 2 map, where your team uses siege weapons to destroy their team's buildings and their generals...the more you play these wars, the more honor you get, once your honor gets high enough you become a general, you can teleport to your home town for free, you get nifty items and access to areas that non-generals can't...in essence you're a hero like the ones in Warcraft 3... An update to Blizzard's madness...errr...whatever...I think they are mad.
They ended the closed beta test. Did server maintenance over the weekend. And now they've started up the final stress test. I was thinking "wohoo! I can now play again!" But alas...this is not the case. For Blizzard decided it would be a great idea to only allow those that have Fileplanet accounts or those willing to pay for one to be in the stress test. So this stress test is only scheduled to last a week and then the free open beta begins.
So I suppose if you already have a fileplanet account for whatever reason, then go play. If you don't...don't buy one just to play...you'll get to play for free in about a week anyways.

ooooo  We are on the Argent Dawn server. I'm playing an Undead rogue, kept the name Lohki. LC is still playing an undead Priest, same name, Kisei. I also have a night elf hunter named Suiren, but I don't play her as often as I would like. I mostly am in there with my undead. |

I'll probably pop in on the Argent server sometime and make myself an undead. I'll tell ya when I do ^_^ . |
