I noticed that our favorite plumber hasn't had his own thread yet so please share your favorite Mario games and moments. I left the title open so you can go into any type of Mario game. He's done a little bit of everything you know.
My favorite one is Super Smash Bros. I never played Melee since I don't own a GC, but I still play my N64 version. I use Mario constantly not as much as Link though.
I also enjoy Mario Tennis, and Super Mario Kart for the 64. I even still pick up Super Mario 64. That game never seems to bore me. Even though I have already collected all the stars.

oooo mario! i adore the old school mario. i want the controler you plug into the tv so you can play it!
me and jac had a good file going on mario party. we had about 70 or 80 stars, then some dude erased it!
so much for renting...

I miss the old Mario games. I want to get the games for my GBA but I don't want to play them on the GBA, I want one of those things that sit under the gamecube. I can never see the GBA screen...
I loved playing Super Mario Bros. 3...so much fun...*sigh* how I miss my Nintendo...but alas, it died...and I don't know where my games went to...

mario 3 was the best. i loved the raccoon tail that made you fly. jac knew just about every secret there was to the mario games.

Saturn, you mean the Game Boy Player. That thing rocks! Especially if your battery's down or you're tired and can't see the tiny screen well.

what baffles me is that they have about 8 or less mario parties out now. 2 or 3 is fine guys! but i guess they need to keep the line of party games going huh?

Well, they change the game everytime as weel, so it is a new game each time.
I love the Mario Party games. I only have the first three for the N64. The second one was cool because you dressed up for each area. I thought cowboy yoshi was cute.

i don't recall weather or not jac and i played the other sequels to the game...oh, wait we played the one where waluigi and daisy come in.
peach's name was originally daisy, so jac tells me.

I love Mario!!! he's just so cool!!! ;D
my fave Mario game is Super Mario World for the SNES. I don't like the GBA version, though- they RUINED it!!!
I wish there was a Super Mario All-Stars for the Cube like they have the Sonic Mega Collection. if they do, please let me know.

I doubt they'll make a new collection sionce they already did that for the SNES.
But since then they have made more mario games so a second collection may not be too far-fetched I suppose.

is it just me, or does Paper Mario 2 share more than a little in common with the Zelda series?
dialogue comparison (to name one thing):
PM2: that hat, those overalls, etc.- you must be Mario!
LoZ: that hat, those clothes- you must be Link!
