does anyone know how to get supreme kai i have all the characters except him

I don't know how to get Supreme Kai, but this game is awesome! My friend brought it over once and it is so much better then the previous ones!

Although I have unlocked Shin it was a while ago. According to GameFAQs, you do it in Gohan's (as in Adult/Mystic) DU. You need to find him in "Plains" before you go to the final battle.
I truely love this game. The battle system is great, it has the best parts of GT (SSj4, SSj4 Gogeta and one of the Dark Dragons) and some of the movie characters. The only major downsides are the lack of any real What-Ifs bar the slight tweeks to the character's stories in the DU (they're alright but not enough in my humble opinion). I think Tiencha/Yaham should have featured (a What-If fusion between Ten and Yamcha for those who don't know).
Oh and for the record, I don't like GT. Just the aspects I mentioned.

can you post a list of the characters? i heard Janemba from Movie 12 was in it. that guy pwns. he beat goku and vegeta.

No. Janemba will be in "Dragon Ball Z : Sparking" which will be made in Japan by Bandai and at this moment in time has no connection to the DBZB series (however there is no information about this game other than that and it'll also have Goku and Vegeta).

Note that Gogeta (both versions), Gotenks, Kibito-Shin and Vegito are capsules and can't be selected on the character select screen. Also Vegeta can become "Majin Vegeta" but this is through a capsule.
On a side topic, Demon King Piccolo was teachnically playable in the Japanese version as he was an extra costume for Piccolo. The Japanese versions often have extras the US and Europe didn't get, though a collectors edition is being released in the Europe with three extra characters. However there's a good chance they're the extra costumes from the Japanese version but time will tell (Long Haired Future Trunks and Goku with a Halo were also costumes in the Japanese version of DBZB3).

Uh no. The Shenron I mentioned is one of the Dark Dragons who Goku fights at the end of GT. In a nutshell, our heroes overused the DBs, causing them to get to much negative energy in them. As a result, seven dark dragons were born, six of which used some kind of element (fire, water, thunder, earth, ice and wind). When they were defeated, our heroes got the DB back. The seventh one, born from the One Star DB was the most powerful and was able to absorb all the DBs our heroes managed to collect and get the powers from the dragon that the DB spawned. Omega Shenron is this dragon with the power of all seven DBs (would have been better to make that aspect of him a transformation for Omega Shenron in my opinon).

Yes. All the characters I mentioned are playable. He's quite powerful but has limited moves.
