I'll put it this simple:

You're a XX year old old man (lol!!!) with 7 personalities, which he can transform into to do different tasks. You are hired to kill the leader of the organization "Heaven Smile" who wants to cause some deep shit in times of absolute peace. Did I mention that it has cel-shaded graphics? (lol liek Wind Waekr)

In terms of gameplay this game is liek > you. It's a rail shooter (yano like Time Crisis or House of the Dead), so to move you have to press the A button (f**k the PS2 version) and can only move where the road leads you, don't worry you can turn back. Then you aim in first person mode and scan to find the invisible enemies (whom explode if they touch you) and shoot their f**king heads off, of course they don't die when you headshot them, infact they laugh.
You also use their blood to power up your characters and do some wacky shit like Super Shot, Super Speed, Super Jump, Super Wrist-slit and Invisibility.
The game's story might sound kinda weak, but it reaches SUPER WTF LEVEL after the third level.
It also has lots of anime cutscenes (which are ultra violent and comepletly animated, that means characters don't stand still moving their mouths, unlike many anime).
But yeah this game is ULTRA VIOLENT, like, you shoot a Heaven Smile and suddenly it's blood bursts out in a very weird fashion. But there's also violence against humans, you name it, well I don't wanna spoil much of the game, but in the first level you encounter a girl who's back was blown off and you can see her insides and shit.

The PS2 version sucks, get the GC one. NOW.

I can definetly say that the game looked bitchn', still I've also heard it was pretty whatever-y, regardless of which console it was on. I'll have to check it out sometime...

wow, that game sounds pretty kewl. luckily, I own a GameCube.

Oyeah, I forgot to say that this game is very disturbing sometimes, if you have a faint heart (like I do) you might have some troubles playing it, there's lots of violence, innocent people getting shot, ghosts telling you how they died (which is very disturbing) and organ harvesting (which is by far, the most disturbing thing I've seen in a game, ever... well maybe not as much as Resident Evil 2 when I was 8). There's also some comic relief and lots of swearing, so don't worry too much.
