According to RPG fan, there is going to be an official release of RPG Maker XP for North America. I'm actually kind of enthused about this. I've played/worked with an older RPG maker on the Playstation but it was incredibly hard to work with considering I had neither a mouse nor a keyboard. So... I soon gave it up. Even if you don't make any games, you could always just download the games other people have made online  . This XP Rpgmaker looks like it could be fun. I would have fun with the graphical and even the story part of the game designs. But it's the technical battle system stuff that I don't like. Ah well. When this game is official released, someone should SO make a SKU rpg > . EDIT: PS- As a TOTALLY unrelated side note.... Go play Shadow Hearts II ! |

Nyah. I've got 2000 on my computer, I hear XP's even more badass. I may get it...

Will there be a full release console and an upgrade, or just the full XP? If there is an upgrade version, you could install it on the one you already have and not loose your game. But from reading the article, I don't think they will be doing that yet.

It does look like fun but I'd rather get the SIMS... I need to get my copy to work on my computer It wont owrk anymore ...

I dled the translation version a long time ago and its very easy to use, i started on a game but i don't feel like continuing it yet.

RPG maker stunned and confused me, beacause my copy was in japanese and I'm an uncultered white devil. But they're releasing a english one for XP? Any idea if it's going to get a MAC release as well? :wuvvvls mac: I think it would make sense too if the made it for MAC, considering tons of Spriters use Them.. |
