Looks like yet another gimmick from Nintendo *sighs*. It looks like it will be difficult to play any RPG's or fighting games with that remote, erm, controller.
Well, who knows, maybe it will turn out ok. It's just hard for me to fathom it right now.

Whoah, that does look weird. It does seem like it will be interesting trying to use the controller...
Player: Oh no, zombies! Hmm, where is that damned A button? *searches while character is being disemboweled* DAMMIT!!
0o;; I wonder if it'll be as confusing to use as it looks...

I'd use it.
Not for games, though.

I'll admit I was unimpressed when the controller was first revealed cos it looked so awkward and uncomfortable with the buttons so far apart for a single handed remote and I remember Nintendo marketing something similar for the N64 some years back, a project that went down the toilet eventually not long after its release. After reading up on the Revolution controller though I gotta say it has held me in some awe specially since you can physically take part in the activities on-screen, (sword slashing, fishing, racing etc...) its a move that brings Nintendo a step closer to the VR game market, something I've been eagerly anticipating ever since PS2 released GameTrak. I'm not gonna make any final conclusions until I've tested it myself but for now I'm gonna agree with LC and admit it does look kinda awesome from where I'm standing.

I saw that on G4 a week or so ago.
Of all the thoughts going through my head at that remote control, none of them were positive. Who cares how special it is, I'm not playing games with a stylized TV remote.

*sigh* Well, Nintendo's always revolutionized game playing so with that in mind I put my trust in that the controller will work... And you know, you can always flip it horizontally as a normal controller. www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/revolutionAs with LC and Rukato, where I stand, it's looking okay. I just hope people who are more into how a controller looks (They are out there ._. ) just don't go bashing something that didn't even come out, still in testing, and something that just might really 'revolutionize' games... Maybe I just don't want to see my favorite company of all time fail in this huge gamble....... Can you tell I'm not a fan of XBox and PS[insert number/price here]?

I dunno, it's simple, but just a bit too simple for me. At least it's better than the X-Box, which had buttons....everywhere, but I liked the PS2 controller. It was good. But I still don't want to play with a remote. It looks like it'd be too odd to play games on.

Somehow, the Japanese make things that I would normally think of as too odd, or horribly wrong, look cool!

Yeah, the Japanese are good at that. It's still horribly wrong, though.
