One Piece: Grand Dilemma....

OK, heres the thing, The "One Piece: Grand Battle" game just came out a while ago, and apparently, its really good. Very good actually. Its gotten good reviews from 1up.com, and even EGM had a little thing about in their most recent issue.

In addition, I got a demo of the game from SJ, and it IS is fact fun. It's like Smash Brothers in One Piece-mode, its GREAT!

I really considered investing in that game, but...

A few things have me kinda bothered....

Considering that 4kids out and out MUTILATED the show, How accurate is this game gonna be to the orginal Japanese game (I'm considering things like music or levels and whatnot). Plus, if I do get it, that would mean that 4kids gets some of the money and a reason to keep the show?

Yeah, I probably sound REALLY paranoid, but I'm really not interested in supporting 4Kids-Piece....

But its such a fun game.....

Thoughts or opinions anyone?

I agree with you, this game is ridiculously fun! Now then, in terms of dubbing....

According to Official US. Playstation magazine, this game has MORE characters then the original game. So, that sounds cool,

And you can whomp everybody with (unlockable character) Tony Tony Chopper! Any game, dubbed or original voices, that let's you be Chopper rocks. The game, naturelly, has the dubbed names as well though. ^^;;;

Anyways, in terms of money going to 4Kids, I would mostly think only the actors would get the money. Since they did the game voices and what-not. But, I wouldn't know.

That's it for information. D: I haven't played the original game, so, yeah, I can't help much with the dubbing thing. I'm hoping that thing about more characters in the dubbed version is true, because I've heard some people say less characters. o-o;; D:

There is indeed on more charecter, and it's Crocidile. However I have yet to unlock him, so I must wait for the code.
However they did take out four charecters. They took out Afro Luffy, Eneru, Foxy, and grand admrial Aokiji.
The dub voice are there. One weird thing is their is no emotion in the stuff in story mode, even when It's something from the dub where the actor did a way better job with the emotion.

Afro Luffy is NOT an unlockable character. Afro Luffy is an alternate costume for Luffy.

Hay, my sister has one of the forkids one peice game it was so cool... I hope she the real game. it's a fighting game they have mad cows in it that was the first thing i notes.
