Finally! Shadow the Hedgehog is coming out! I had heard that it was in production, but dismissed it as a rumor. Any way, this thread will be for asking for help, discussions on game play, what you heard, or whatever.

Eeh, That's one game I'll pick up when it comes out. =D A new Sonic for a non-handheld console = good. >O Even if I'm not sure what to think about this whole gun issue, but, well, I'll just leave it to Sonic Team.
I wanna see those commercials. Dx We only get commercials for weird-ass toys here. Or maybe I just don't watch enough TV at all...

Apparently the voice actors used for the 4kids rendition of Sonic X show are gonna be in the game. Which means there will definetly be a Yami-Knuckles in the game XD. I heard that this pissed off a lot of the fanbase. That and the fact that alot of the violence is gonna get censored.

Because 'apparently' there will be 4kids-voices? O.o That doesn't mean 4kids is producing the game... besides, from the preview I saw-- doesn't look like much would be censored. >>; And I find it hard to believe they'd use such voices... Well from what I've heard, The amount and color of alien blood has been reduced and changed to green. That and there was small bit from the opening cut scene cut out (a body hitting the ground after gunfire). This is just what I've heard though.
And I'm certain that the Sonic X VAs are gonna be game. Not that it has anything to do with violence editing

If that happened, I swear that I'll never forgive 4Kids (not like it matters since I'm still mad at them for Sonic X).
At first I was a little upset over the Shadow having a gun thing (why would he need it if he has Chaos Control), but now that I think about it... Shadow with a gun is a scary thing.
But I wonder if you'd still be able to do the moves from the other games like the spinball attack (I don't know what it's called) and Chaos Control.

Ahhhhhhh I heard they were using 4kids voice actors for it and on there actors profile things they have been put down as doing that game (shudders they ruined it even more  but if any of the voilence or anything like that or the word 'death' etc is cut out I will happily go and torch 4kids hey might as well do it anyway seeing the mess they've made of other anime but those voices would good and 4kids ones not so good and arg!! |

Well, its just the 4kids actors which are doing the voices, I doubt that 4kids has anymore influence on the game. And I think I've been kinda nit-picky when I mentioned violence. More or less, I was kinda expecting something to be changed when I first saw the game....  But yeah, I don't wanna hear a Yami-Yugi Knuckles Dammit! |

Shadow with a gun is the reason why I'm renting this game. I am actually surprised that this game got an E rating when Sonic Heroes got a T.

The fact that he has a gun scares me. Not in a "RUN AWAY!" kind of way, but more like a "I'd love to see hedgehog racing" kind of way. Cause they're normally really slow. XDDDD I might get it though; I'm a Shadow fan. But there has to be Japanese language tracks, as I can't stand his voice in the American version.  |
