Welcome to the first post of the "What are you playing NOW" thread. This thread is inspired by similar threads on other message boards.
Basically, this is just a thread for you all to share what video games you are currently playing. And any random video game news you've learned that doesn't fit anywhere else.
------------------- Double posting IS allowed, as long as there's something new in the next post.
Example of good-- post 1: *talks about how they are currently playing Super Sonic Brothers X *
Post 2: (a day or so later) *talks about how they are now playing Super Sonic Brothers 2, in addition to playing X. Discusses strategy.*
Example of bad--
post 1: I like video games.
post 2: woops, I meant to put an exclamation point at the end thar.
post 3: LOL
-----------------
Anyhoo, this is an attempt of mine to breath a bit of life into this board, and also... you know... talk randomly about video games. Please post and have fun ;D !

Anyhoo, to start off:
I'm currently playing Persona 2 for the Playstation and I'm replaying Wild Arms 4 for the PS2.
Persona 2 takes a lot of mental effort and time on my part, and during the week, I don't always have a lot of time or mental strength soo.... That's why I started re-playing Wild Arms 4 a bit.
Wild Arms 4 is fairly short and painless to pick up. And it's a LOT of fun. I just love the platforming elements, the characters and the battle system ^^. The only downside is that since this is a "new game +" my armor and weapons are a bit TOO powerful and it's killing the challenge ^^;. I'm thinking of downgrading my armour a bit next time I give the game a whirl.

Well for me it is more like, what I wish I was playing now? I only play solitaire. *SHOT* *BOMBED* But I wish I still had my sega from many years past. I want to play Sonic the hedgehog badly. Wait my friends have that on their gameboy or whatever. *GOES TO AaRON'S FOR SONIC AND D+D* Ssteiny is outdated when it comes to video games. Hell, I think the last thing I played was GTA: San Andreas.

Re-playing Resident Evil. The remake for the Gamecube. I just finished the Real Survival mode, which went well until Rebecca got killed at the last Tyrant battle >_<.
Guitar Hero, and 'Bark at the Moon' is in fact, freakin' hard.
Final Fantasy II from the Final Fantasy: Origins PS1 game. I kinda like the character development system the game has, Kinda wish they kept it in later versions. Ah well...

Ssteiny, for the Gamecube they've re-released all the old sonic games I believe (in "sonic collections.) They even have Sonic CD . Tonfa-- Are you playing "Bark at the Moon" on hard mode? I've beaten that song in Normal mode myself, but I haven't even reached that level in hard mode ^^;. The song is fun to listen to though ^^.

I've been trying to get a better score on Normal mode, it'll definetly be a while before I can play through Hard mode

Sonic CD is including in the Game cube game, "Sonic Gems Collection." The game originally came out waaaaay back in the day for the "Sega CD" system.
Uh, I vaugley remember there being a PC version of it way back when too, but that was a while ago.

The song IS tricky and all. It's fun to play though ^^. When I first beat normal mode, I went back and tried to get higher scores myself actually. I'm only in the very begining of "hard" mode to be honest. It is indeed... uh, hard .

**glances at her Genesis and SegaCD sitting next to her computer** hmm....
Anyway, playing Suiko V (been lazy) and KH2 (beat the Japanese version already)... but I've also been playing Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! (everyone needs this game) for the DS. I'm stuck on Ready Steady Go! in Hard mode.
Of course we're also sitting at 52 hours until Xeno3 comes out (as of this post)

I don't play videogames an incredable amount of the time anymore, but a while ago when my net and I were seperated, I started playing The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. I also played a little Wind Waker, but, just to experience the invisible hero's clothes.
You see, I never really played past Link growing up in OOT, so, I figured now that I have a little more gaming experience, I might aswell give the game another go.
Today I also played a little bit of DDR and PPP, but alas, all machines are so very far away, or I would play them every other day at least.
I want Super Sonic Bros X sooooo much D:!!!! That would be godly...

>:D Thread win.
Right now I'm playing Okage: Shadow King, still haven't beaten it. I'm still fighting Epros. ;_; Him and and his stupid rhymes... *shot by Lovely*
I'm also re-playing a few games;
Xenosaga I: I do not remember a thing from this game. B) Thus, the re-playing. And I have yet to get my hands on Episode II, and now that Episode III is coming out... D: ! Right now I'm fighting... Tiamat. I think that was his name. xDD It's the boss that reacts to Shion's and Jr.'s conscious. Ruined Earth E = EVIL. ;_;
Skies of Arcadia: IT'S MATA'S FAULT. D:< She started playing the game and I got the urge to re-play it. I had already started a new file a while back, and I just went from there. Right now I'm in the Lost City of Rixis. I'm playing the original DC version, though. I don't have a GC, and I hear Legends has new scenes and side quests. ;_; Loooose.
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons/Ages: Lately the power has been going out a lot here, and I am left to play with my SP. XDD These are the oldest games I still have, so I decided to re-play them. I like Seasons more than Ages. 8| It's just... more fun to me. I actually haven't beaten either games in the past, actually. XD;;; I got stuck in a boss fight in both of them and never played again. 8D;
I need new games. ;_;

I had to re-look it up to remind myself, but To fight Epros, you basically need to use every attack item you have in your inventory. Yeah, Epros is a hard battle, but the rhymes! The ryhmes! Concerning Skies of Arcadia, I've only played the DC version myself, so, therefore... that version is made of WIN . Lovely- Japan, of course. But according to GameStop and EB, the US release date is August 30th. Wow... that's rather close... I wonder if EB and Gamestop are accurate in this case... Well, if it's true, fun present for me~!
