I was thinking about... stuff... and I remembered some old songs and dances I learned as a child. Ones that honored the Great Spirits. Or, as we refer to them, "Wokanda."
Does anyone else have traditions and such about the Great Spirits?

The Great Spirits, eh? Well, I met some dude in Grand Central talkin' about them once... I thought he was a looney, but I suppose that was only natural cuz I wasn't yet a shaman...
Well, I bought this thing from them, I thought it looked pretty cool... *holds up a carved red statue of some fireey-looking stuff*
It's supposed to be them, I suppose. I dunno much about them, but if anyone could tell me about them... I may have lost my fight, but I'll get them as my partner yet.

Dummy, the person who wins the Shaman Fight gets the Great Spirt(s), as their spirit partner . *AHEM* According to my own experiences and with a little help from my computer: In the western religion of Christianity, The Great Spirit is normally refered to as "God". (Though some non-Shaman Christians might get mad if you say that I suppose...) Everyone can have their own interpretations of the Great Spirit though I suppose, My spirit ally Fini, being a spirit of luck, seems to think that the Great Spirit is the SUPREME God of luck. heh heh... Me? I went to church a good deal as a kid. And I wear a cross necklace a lot. So I suppose you can say I have faith. Though I use the cross is more of a good luck charm than anything else I suppose ^^;.

"god"?
well, that clears up a lot... so, any moral problems I had (coughcoughonlypretending IhadonenowsoIlookgoodforbeingreligious, wouldntreallyhavedroppedoutor nothing) withseeing 'another supreme power' as powerful...
So, in that case, I know plenty bout them great spirits! (sort of) Loyal Catholic, that's me!
And Lovely? Maybe only the winner can get them, but that just means I'll have to find another way to win. A second string opportunity, ya might say.
Aw, who am I kidding. I'll just try and sneak my team back in under another name.

Hm, it leads me to wonder if you can get back into the tournament by joining up with a team that's still in it. *coughs*
I have enough faith in the higher powers to believe that whoever joins up with the Great Spirit will lead the world to good. It just has to be the right person, that's all.. someone with a strong belief that they can really make the world a better place. I can't think of many people that can do that..
As for traditions, I haven't really heard of any. I know a few teams have been praying to them as they progress in the tournament, but that doesn't seem like a tradition so much as a personal way of reassuring oneself.. *shrugs*
