((The forums been kinda dead lately, so I'm makin' a fun activity for everyone to join in!))
Gus looked at the invitation one last time. 'PATCH SUMMER PICNIC'. It was the right day, he was just a bit early. The first one there. He spread out his picnic blanket and waited for more people to show up.

"Gus, is that you?!" called Syn, as she squinted to see her old teammate from across the picnic grounds.
The shaman waved.
I hope this is the right place, she thought. With a free hand, Syn crammed the invitation into her pocket, and headed over to Gus's blanket.
"It looks like we're both early", she said, with a quick scan of the area. Then, pulling a large container out from under one arm, she added, "I thought I'd bring some melon along, d'you want some?"

(OOC: Yay for thred crossover my first non-Geo post, XD)
Gus and Syn sat there for a while, making light conversation, wondering when anyone was going to get there... when suddenly....
Gus: Hey Syn, what kinda melons do you buy?....
Gus looked frightened at the the contrainer as it started to shake, and suddenly rise from the ground...being supported by two...large.....yellow claws....
Syn:
} Recnac?!?!?!
Gus:
The crab looked at the surprised shamans, before spittig a bubble at their face and running off.......(sideways, he's a crab, remember?)
Syn: You don't think....Geo trained him to.....
Gus: This...is Geo we're talking about.....
Syn: Good point......*sigh*

Gus looked around anxiously, to see if Geo himself had arrived. There was no-one within his line of sight, however, so he quickly forgot. He reached into Syn's bag, pulled out one of the watermelons (yes they are.) and began eating, rind and all.

Alicia stared at the invitation that had come from God knows where. "PATCH SUMMER PICNIC!" were the words enblazoned on the front in bright colors.
"Are you going to go?" Suzaku asked as she perched on Alicia's shoulder.
"Of course! Everyone has been all sad latlely; this might be the perfect way to get them to lighten up!"
Alicia was feeling much better since Jr. had repaired her staff. She had her confidence back.......perhaps even more so.
She turned and taped the invitation to the door of the apartment, hoping her wayward teammates would see it and join her.

"Two people?! Oh man, I hope I'm early!" Alicia griped as she looked at the only people there, two members of the Gusketeers. "I'm sure others will come," Suzaku assured her as she plopped down on the grass.

Megumi dashed happily over to the green the invatation had stated. Over her shoulder she had a plastic bag with some desserts she made and some other food Takehiro had told her to pack. In the other hand she held a colourful arrow like kite. Instead of her usual clothes she had decided to wear her pink cat hat and trousers and a white T-shirt. She couldn't wait to get there, she'd se all her friends again and a little bit of a game and socializing was just what she needed. She slowed down a little when she saw the few people on the green, she expected it to be a bit more of a croud.
"Hi there! is this all that's coming?"

Tetsu walked up to all the shaman sitting down and eating and laughing. "hey arcanna shall we join them?" laughed Tetsu.
"but master didnt you chanlenge Gus to a fight" said arcanna. "well when there's free food" laughed Tetsu and he walked over carrying sandwiches and pies.
