In your opening post you said:

And let me make a couple recommendations about post titles if you're letting us create our own posts for RP purposes:
Post titles should be of the format
Episode ##: descriptive name
For instance the important events post for episode 45 would be
Episode 45: Important Events of the Week
If I wrote a short RP session with s91 about our characters meeting and getting a bite to eat during this time I would use
Episode 45: A Chance Encounter
That way we can quickly identify timeline and when stories happen, since they are going to bounce all over the place with how the board bumps them.
I'd also recommend Lovely that you sticky the current Important Events of the Week under the Welcome post.

Can I get a list of the most common ones? You mean the terms right LC? I'll post them (Well...some) here so other dub watchers can be aware of them. Jap. Name - Eng. Name(If it doesn't have an Eng. name, it means it hasn't been changed) *Hyoi Gattai - Spirit Unity (Or just Unity...I believe) *Oversoul - Spirit Control *Furyoku *Patch Village - Dobi Village *North America - "Land to the West" (XD; I had to urge to put that one...) *God Class - Immortal Class (spelling? ><) Those would be the most common in this RP I believe... Is there any more Lovely...? >< I can't remember... |

Yeah, that's pretty much it Res. The main terms I was concerned with are "Oversoul" and "Patch". Why such an instance on the word "Oversoul". Because it's just cool  . That... and it's fun to say. Go ahead, try it  . I loved your ideas LC, and the fact that you wrote it down so easily copy and pastable makes it great for me. Heh. I'll be adding them to the rules thread after I finish posting this! |

Oh, and you should make it a rule that you cannot make yourself all-powerful. It's jut a good general rule of thumb.

Another suggestion: I think we should have a separate stickied thread to list the teams of three that we make up. It's kinda hard keeping track of who's on who's team from the current Team threads. It could be like an official list or something...no discussions, just posts to identify teams as they are created.

Yeah, I think I'll have to do that eventually....
But, since people are orignizing and figuring things out this week, I'll wait until next week or so to make the "official" list and tell people how they can register thier team for it.

Just a small question.  When Roleplaying, does one just put text that the character says or make it seem like..like... Like this?As in, make it almost seem book-ish where speech is put in quotations like a book XP I'm more used to the latter but I'll try the former if that's what the people find comfortable with. :3 |

Nah, you just write your post normally, but you act out your character. The idea is that we're participants/visitors in Patch Village, and we have internet access, so we have this message board...to um...discuss things. XD

They just have to speficify that that is there intent from the first post (so basically, if the creator of the thread wants to do it that way it's fine. ALSO if you do this you have to write what episode time frame the event takes place in.) So far, we just have message board style threads though ^^ . It's easier for me personally ^^; . |
