Lovely Sketches (graphic heavy post)

First off, I would just like to warn you all that these suck. I mean REALLY suck. But the ideas conveyed within amuse me, sooo... I thought it was worth sharing. Lots of pictures in this post, so it might take a bit to load. sorry ^^; .

Now back-story:
I sketched these at work due to two factors. The boss was gone ^_^ . And two, it wasn't busy and I was being lazy .

My mediums were the papers we use to write down food orders a pen. And later, pieces of printer paper and a blue sharpie (permanent marker) . Good times XD ....


First off

X-Laws Yoh and Manta!





I imagine a conversation like this going on in the background.

Marco: *to Yoh* Wear the uniform correctly or don't wear it at all!
Lyserg: He's serious! One day I forgot to button a cuff-link and I had to go naked for a week!
Yoh: *oblivious*
Manta: 0_o ....

(this is the first time I've EVER even attempted at drawing Yoh by the way. I didn't have anything to use as reference eithe ;_;r...)

Next up, the sharpie pics!

I tried to draw Lyserg, but for the life of me I couldn't remember what he looked like enough to draw him. So... this abomination is the result.


It frightens me to my very core....


I kind of like these next two pics.
On the right is a normal looking Manta. On the left is Manta when he's older.... and if he can kick that midget gene ^^; .

Well, sorta, we write customer orders on there. So yeah... I guess you could say it's a receit.

Lovely, your Manta Pics are adorable! *prints and puts on wall* I never attempted to draw any of the Shaman King characters, though I did draw myself as a member of the Patch Tribe. Anyway, I love them! Manta's so cute in his X-Law uniform!

For me the easiest shaman king character to draw is Yoh and HoroHoro

i can do horo horo and ashil from mind, but i'll have to see pics of others to draw them..

HoroHoro is easy its pretty much just drawing Naruto exept he has yellow hair instead of blue like HoroHoro does.For me to know how to draw a character i just get a manga that has the char in it and trace after that the pic is stuck in my head

This thread was formerly known as "Mankin Sketches", but, I decided to make the title of the thread more general so I can post different kinds of scetches as well *grins*.

Basically, I'm gonna use this thread to show my random scetches that I don't feel like CGing. Because it takes me forever to CG because I procrastinate... *cough* moving on...

Today, Patch RP scetches!

Here's one of Resurie. I tried to mix her description on the board with some of the style of FLCL. I didn't quite follow the description of the hair properly though ... *cough*. Oh, and I can't draw a guitar to save my life *laughs*. Well, the scetch is alright I guess.



I have a scetch of Ashil around here ....somewher.... too. Ironically I drew it BEFORE the whole Patch RP thing *laughs*
I scetch a lot when I'm on the computer... I scetch on episode scripts of Shaman King 0_o ...
O.k... I'm rambling now...
