Yes! It's amazing what Starburst and some free time will do to me! I decided to pick up my sketch book (blow the dust off it) and draw something! On Zinc's RP board I made up a character for the Digimon RP that we have there. While I am no good at drawing the digimon partner I have there (believe me I tried), I was very satisfied with my character himself. So I decided to bring it here and risk total humiliation!! ;D  He's not wearing headphones. They are my feeble attempt at ears or something. I'm not sure anymore! Too many starburst! XD LOVELY NOTE: Bitmap images don't work on the current version of the board ^^; . Ah well... |

It's pretty good Jr., especially the hands. Were you using pen or pencil?

As I said... (lol) I like it! I especially love the expression you gave him. And scarfs always make people look cool, look at Blues (Protoman) without a scarf, a Red Rockman with a sheild and visor, with a scarf, mysterious brother with a wicked whistle theme....
Ok, mabey the scarf doesnt do that much to Blues, but I still love scarfs on characters XD.

I drew in pencil and then went over it in pen. I don't have colored pencils. All I have is my sons crayons! XD

He's so cute Jr.! And you did do an excellent job on the hands! I can't draw hands worth a crap!

Ha! Welcome to humiliation! Actually, you've captured the essence of Digimon human somehow...it's gotta be the scarf and gloves for no reason...or something...I'm not sure...

Thanks everyone! I am my own worst critic so anything said here was nothing compared to what I thought was going to be said. I colored it in Photoshop and even tried to add some (okay a lot) of shadows, but I do have a reason for the excessiveness (sp?). since my character is evil in the RP he does tend to get a dark aura around him at times, so I was wanting to represent that (I'm not just making an excuse for having too much fun with the Drop and Inner Shadow abilities! ;D ) Enjoy!  |
