Actually I don't think he is being mean, he's joking around wiht what Jr, put in his first post...I think. Anyways it's a nice pic, I like how you did the hair. What Magenta said...read Jr's first post. *kicks dirt in Jr's face*Why would I ever do anything mean to Jr? *Hide's Jr's shoes*He's a pretty cool guy that's been here as long as I have. *Pushes Jr. off the merry-go-round*Although I think I WILL try my hand at drawing his character in a different style...just because he did a good job of making the character unique. Can I rip Jr. apart for say, proportions, placement, and wavy lines? Yes. But I'm more interested in the fact that he captured a mood and individuality for the character with a simple design and pose. I'm going to go cook cheeseburgers now...but I'll be back... EDIT: Back, finally, I got the flat-coloring done before I went totally mad. Coloring takes Foh-ev-ah! Unless I feel an incredible urge to do so, I probably won't come back and do the shading on this. Jr, pester Saturn...I know she drew a rendition of your character tonight too...

Oh yeah! Vasuki wins!
How the heck did you do that Vasuki? Pen? Marker?
How did you set up the pose? I had to do a stick figure sketch and a test on the head to make sure I had the angles right before I attempted drawing the final copy...

Oh my >_< *blushes*
I just basically start with the head, then neck, then I draw the torso, then I just place the limbs using extended shapes.... After I get this, I fine tune the clothing and whatnot. I can do a sort of tutorial I guess, although I am not sure how I would do it, it is second nature to me XD.
As for how I set up the pose in general...I just decided on where I wanted the body, and, drew it in that position, I wish I could be more.... specific than that, but, it really is sort of...just placement, a little foreshortening....
Uhm, I did a pencil sketch first, then the ink over it. It is a pen/marker... actually thicker than I generally like to use, but it is all I had at the moment. The darker shade is just me not wanting to mess with the paint bucket in paint shop pro in some spots XD.
Thank you both for your compliments, sorry about the confusing reply... ^_^;;

Since everyone's drawing Jeremy, would you like me to give it a go, Jr?

^_^; Knock yourself out!! XD (I had no idea I would get such a response! Really! ) Update: Well, I tried drawing again, and while it's in pencil and I'm not coloring this one, I am still very satisfied with the result! It's my favorite Mew Mew Mint! In chibi form from the most recent episode.

Hey, not bad at all ( ^ _ ^ ), but I think you should have gone over everything in pen, just to make it easier to see.

Daijoubu, It's OK. ( ^ _ ^ )
I can definetly say that this version is easier to see that the past drawing. It was mostly the outline of the arms and the rest of the body that had got to me. I guess I should have been more specific on my part ( - _ - ).
