I finally got past the CHMODding problem I had, I found an guide with an alternate way to do things and I now have a part of the web to call my own *shot* so anyways, here's the link -

I setup an Oekaki board on my site for M-chan...no ads...absolutely no ads...I even ripped out the ads that the original creators spammed on the emails and footers of the site.

Although that drawing tool takes some time to master, it's good for being able to scribble, post a picture, and come back to it anytime you want to keep messing with it:

I had to add admin verification for signing up...so expect some turnaround after you signup before you can start drawing away.
