Meh, cute and decent. Then again, I have no artistic talent, so my opinions may not be that valid. I guess next time you do something, try to give your characters some more details to make them look real or more than simple.
And on a side note, compared to a vast majority of an anime girl's wardrobe, that skirt is actually normal length.

With her strange grip on anatomy and physics we can't tell if the skirt's too long or too short.
(I hope you're smart enough to understand what I just said)

They seem to totally lack foreheads, the eyes take up so much of the face, I know that's the style, but it's sickeningly over-done, and..the eyes..Tohru Honda would rear back in horror. Also, I have to stress the fact that clothes are not flat, they're actually something that should have movment along with the character. Like I said last time, drawing a figure first and layering on clothes is actually a pretty good way to go, unless you did that, it's extremely hard for me to tell with the size of the images and dark coloring. Also, from what I see, the necks are way too thick. Do you draw the body first, and then go up to the head? It looks like that's what your doing..
(Mutters 'This is not GAFF' over and over to herself)
Ahem. Anyway. I see Improvement in these new pictures. Keep it up, Ankari. You'll get better really fast if you practice dilligently.

No. I draw the eyes first. and I changed my style of it. They don't have the black part any more.
and I know about the clothes. I just can't draw folds yet, because they look like a bunch of lines.

Mr. Lobster, you win. :D
And it's bulimic, Ankari. ^_^;; *grammar nazi* >_>;;;
Now then, I'm going to try to give you some polite and constructive criticism here. o_o;;
You say you draw the eyes first, correct? First problem we have: Drawing the eyes first can work sometimes, but in your case, it's not working. They come off being too big, and, how do I say... they sort of... go on top of the hair. Unless your character's hair is transparent, it doesn't look right.
So, my advice? Draw the head first, then the eyes. It's not something every one has to do, but it could help you make the eyes look better. I myself draw the hair first, but you don't have to do that. o_o;;
You want to improve in folds? Perhaps make their anatomy look better? Look at real pictures, and simply copy them onto paper. Not everything you seek inspiration from has to be cartoonish, looking at real pictures and such can help you improve your anatomy and folds. I always look at my own hands when I need to draw them on paper.
Now, one last thing. You kind of lack variety. To me, all your characters look the same, only with different clothes and hair color. They all have the same large eyes, and the exact same hair style. Try to expand your skills to different styles and such. Your eyes for example, they're always large and... girlish. Not saying that's a bad thing, oh no. I'm saying that they're always the same. Try something different, go for a new approach, narrow the eyes and try to make a character look evil, or sad, or angry. Something other than the same large eyes.
Same goes for hair styles, they all look the same to me, just different lengths and colors. Again, try something new, add more bangs in there, make the hair shorter perhaps, something other than your typical hair style you're always drawing.
Okay, I rambled. :D I don't know if I even got through to you or not, but at least take into consideration what I said about looking at real pictures. It helps, a lot. Believe it. :D *SHOT*

Thanks, Res. xD
Yeah. I tried to do a thing like in Mermaid Melody.. the hair does go under... but it didn't really work. >>;;; and I stole that eye stlye from an Ino chibi on one of my Naruto posters.
I drew my new .hack character, yesterday, and started like that. I usually draw the eyes first, then the head and neck then body and clothes, then the hair.. and hands and feet and apendages like that >0>
Yeah... I practiced useing some folds and movement in yesterdays drawing... and the eyes are smaller. and she has a different hairstyle. and the eyes have pupils,fromthe BOTTOM so its not 'overlydone'
and a forhead =D;;;
