A new fanfic by me...hope you enjoy it.
It was a cold night. Anna was standing all alone at the edge of the empty pool where Youh used to relax after practice. It seemed like only yesterday they were fighting over a broken dish that he accidentaly dropped while he was washing it.
Anna raised her eyes and lookjed at the black sky. The starts were shining like beautiful pearls and the moon was as gratious as ever.
"How could i?" Anna said to herself.."Why did i do it? Why? I betraded Yoh..."
She then suddently burst into tears. The pain was unbearable.
"Is everything okay, Anna?" Ren came from behind.
" Oh, she replyed wiping her tears, sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up..."
" You were crying..." said Ren and stepped twoards her. He took of his sweater...."Here, it's cold...take it on and let's go inside"
" Thanks.." told Anna but without facing him.
Ren and Anna went to the kitchen. They both sat down at the wooden table that cracked everytime someone touched it.
" Is it because of Yoh?" Ren asked
" Yes.." Anna hesitated.
" He will come back...you know it! I know you went wrong but you didn't mean it, did you?"
" Of course not!! It's just that...i did it for him! How could i explain that to him?? I swear i didn't mean it!!" She bursted into tears again.
Ren quickly hugged her and let Anna cry on his strong shoulder.
" It hurts me as much as it hurts you Anna, but we have to be strong."
" I... I can't!! I just can't stand the pain..."
She grabbed him tighter and cryed harder, while he was gently petting her head.
"How touching....the two lovebirds I must say" someone said sarcasticly from the kitchen door.
Anna and Ren let go of eachother in a matter of seconds and looked at the man that spoke.
" You!! How dare you come here??? How dare you..you bastard?? Get out of here Hao! Anna yelled.
" Oh but where is your sense of hospitality? And i'm your brother in law, aren't I?" Hao said with a devlish smile on his face. "I've got some news about your beloved husband..." He added....
