For anyone that is near the Oswego, NY area or in the state of New York for that matter. If you like roleplaying games or anime or anime based on roleplaying games or roleplaying games based on anime *hits self*
If you are a roleplayer or an anime fan (if that isn't a given I don't know why you are here) then Arcon is the place to be this Friday thru Sunday (May7-9)! Arcon takes place at Laker Hall at SUNY Oswego in Oswego, NY. It costs money for the games (I think $1 a game and $5 for the day, $12 for the weekend) but the anime is free viewing for 48 hours. Also! For those of you in the Michigan area. Jafax 9 is a FREE anime convention at Grand Valley State University in Allendale. It's in June...I think...*checks site*...yup, June 26 and 27. Lots of fun and lots of vendors. And did I mention it's free? I think they ask for donations if you can afford to give them money that they use for the next con or something. I'm not sure, I can't remember. Their website is www.jafax.org
