What is your favorite word? It can be in any language.
My favorite word is ikorose(its in japanese), which means shoot to kill.

That's actually a hard question. I have many favorite words. I guess my favorite English word is "facetious". I use it way too much in normal conversation. There's more. I'll think about it...

My favorite word... can't really be explained here... 'cuz it's in ASL. But it's the sign for "forever." The sign combines the signs for "always" and "stay."
The sign for "always" has you making the "1" sign (index finger up, all others down), and your palm facing up. Then you make a little circle with your finger.
The sign for "stay" has you making the "Y" sign (thumb and pinky out, all others in), and your palm facing down. Then you push it away from you.
For "forever," you complete the "always" sign and flip your hand over, switching fingers to the "stay" sign. It looks really neat.

Dessa: That's really awesome. :3 My roommate knows sign language, so I'll ask her to show me when she wakes up.
I like all the stupid, probably made-up words that I always say (like "squee", "blarg" and "rawr"). But that's because I'm immature. XD I also really like words that look and sound cool.. like "kumquat".
...I can't think of anything more serious right now. XD Maybe I'll come back.

My favorite words are:
English: Prodigious! Japanese: Yujo! Klingon: nuqneH! (Translates to what do you want?)
Forgive me for the Klingon word, but it became my favorite since it was one of the few Star Trek alien terms that I figured out the meaning to (don't ask me to say it out loud though).
See you around.

My favourite word well... it's hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. Why? Because it's so ironic (look it up on a list of phobia's and you'll see why) also, I have a thing with long words, I'm not too sure why.

I have a lot of words that I like, but my favorite is 'nonchalant'. :D; I hardly ever say it, but I like the way it sounds. xD
I also have a really weird obsession with words that have the 'k' sound. Like picnic and cup. And canoe. o_o;

I don't know any Japanese at all, so no words there for me......
But as for my English favorites, I'll go with 'antidisestablishmentarianism' and 'onomatopoei'. And 'cactus'.
Oh, but I do speak French. I just can't think of any words in it that I do like...except maybe 'étudier', because it's fun to conjugate in sentences. (means to study)
