I used to live in the city where softball player Jennie Finch (I think that's her name >.<) came from. Ironically I absolutly HATE AND DISPISE playing baseball/softball. Why can't I have connections to someone who plays volleyball or an anime voice actor?

01: Hmmmm......well, my uncle has met both Britney Spears and Sir Elton John. He plays the violin for a living (apparently). He's worked on the BG music for a lot of animated shows (Pinky and the Brain, Timon and Pumba, and some anime dubs, never found out which ones).
02: My best friend's.....great uncle? Something like that--knew Norman Rockwell, the painter. He was the paper boy on Rockwell's route, and was actually included in some of his art (my friend's from the same hometown in Massachusetts).
03: My dad is/was friends with Curtis Brown, a decently well-known astronaut. Flew on Spacelab-J and a few other flights. Even has his mug painted on the side of a building uptown (Elizabethtown, NC).

Ooh, you uncle worked on music for Pinky and the Brain? Cool. I have yet another one (none of mine are ever going to be family related...), but the seats my family gets for College Football, which are pretty good, aisle seats, but they are just across the aisle from our states former Governor, Tommy Thompson. Every few minutes or so, you'll see him chomping down on another Brat, he was also seen eating popcorn, peanuts, a hot dog, more brats, and drinking a coke, hot chocolate, and water (I think). But every time I glanced over at Tommy, he was always eating something, or talking to one of his freinds (in a seemingly endless array). Which is ironic, because he was the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services for a while. But he has been getting healthier, he's been losing weight, and I think he's trying to eat healthier.

D: Holy crap people. Niiice. x3
Western Cage went to my Middle School, no, scratch that, he was in the same grade as me. The buffoon. It was so fun to bother him in lunch time, bet the prat never remembered me as nothing but the 'Korean bitch' xD Oh well, it was fun watching him go berserk in lunch time. And I didn't know it was him until the 7th grade. Eh. During graduation, Nicholas Cage and his new wife came if that counts. Dx Yes, that's one of my most treasured memories, the man I passed by as Nicholas Cage in a tux. Now if only I had a photo then I could scream at every ad with him in it and say HE WENT TO MY GRADUATION *SHOT*
Quote from the Korean Times:
Reporter's Son: *after graduation and is long way to home* Say, Nicholas Cage came to graduation.
Reporter: *almost crashes car* ...You're not a reporter's son. >___> I OUGHTA DISOWN YOU!
My History Teacher's husband writes the script for the Time Warpers Thing... *forgot name* On channel 4 with the magic book and the three boys who are eventually the great great grandfathers of three girls. >>;
My cousin was once a singer in South Korea, the manager screwed up his funds though =D;
My dad's side can be traced back to a famous Buddhist 'Head monk (I suppose that's the right word)' during the time when Japan had invaded Korea. Mom's side can be traced to an Emperor of Shilla around one thousand years ago or two thousand.

It is not blood but it is a friend of mine who is older and her niece is married to Weird Al, she was set up on a blind date, and they hit it off. They have been married for two years now, and have a little girl. So if I wanted to become famous and have lots of money and get anime in the US for way less then all of the crappy amercian studios I probably could (but thats wishful thinking)

Oh... I just remembered so many more...
On my biological father's side, I'm related to the Hildreth family who apparently owns a bunch of furniture stores back east.
One of my mom's high school friends used to be the sister-in-law of Instrumentalist/Singer/Songwriter Mark O'Conner (he's really good. I have 2 of his albums).
One of my college instructors is the next-door neighbor of Don Brown, who voiced Elder-ham on Hamtaro, Jaken on Inuyasha, Mr. Satan on DBZ, Seigel Clyne on Gundam SEED, etc.
Johnny Yong Bosch has given me pocky.
Lorraine McKleese (I think I spelled that right) was my co-panelist for my ElfQuest panel one year at Sakura-Con (she worked on ElfQuest, and now works for Bungie making the Halo games).
I got to eat dinner with Ikue Ohtani (Pikachuu, Tonytony Chopper, Konohamaru, etc), and she liked and tried on my Pikachuu costume.
Travis Willingham (Roy in the FMA dub) also complimented my costume, and teased me a bit about taking pictures (not my fault... I was newsletter reporter/photographer, and it was my job!).

Found out yesterday that my dad's friend's wife is somehow related to Confucious (the guy in China who established Confucianism). Darn, why can't I be related to some famous JAPANESE person?!?
