Here's a couple of errors that I found...
FullMetal Alchemist- (The Philosopher's Stone) You can catch this mistake just a little bit after Lt. Colonel Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye have their in-car conversation about the "Devil's work." While standing by a emotionally distraught Edward's side, Alphonse notices that Mustang is approaching. He then tells Edward that the Major is coming. However, Mustang has made it quite clear to us that he is a Lt. Colonel (heck he roasted a guy to make sure that he remembers that in "The Man with the Mechanical Arm").
FullMetal Alchemist- (Laws and Promises) I found this one on Wikipedia... When Hohenhiem buys an apple in the year 1921, he complains about the inflation. What he was referring to was hyperinflation, and that didn't occur until later in history.
Sonic Freedom Fighters/ Sonic SatAM- (Sonic Past Cool) In this episode, Tails meets a baby Terrapod (a dinosaur/ tapir thing) and the Freedom Fighters escort a few members of the herd on their migration. However as one would notice after a while, many of the Freedom Fighters (like Bunny) who went disappeared for a large bulk of the episode only to appear at the end.
